I had a terrible experience for my son’s 11th birthday, last year October of 2023. My husband and I decided to try out Home 2 suites by Hilton in DuPont WA for our son’s 12th birthday and let me tell you; we will be back! The kindness and hospitality that was showed to us by the front desk staff, KEN, TAMARA AND NYEEMA was top of the line. They were so attentive and helpful with many different things, at one point I felt too needy and they reassured me they were here to help however they can. Seriously, I mean it, those three deserve a raise. Not to mention, our room was ready for us, clean and comfortable! Thank you Ken, Tamara and Nyeema for making my son’s birthday so special and memorable. As I said, we will be back!

Our room and the cleanliness of it along with how well it was stocked with supplies was excellent! We stayed in a two queen kitchenette room, which was very convenient. The reason I rate only is three is the breakfast was less than impressive. My children and I stay at a lot of hotels traveling for sports in the Washington and Surrounding area. Their breakfast was nowhere near the quality of the other places we have stayed for the same price. Very few options. The other reason for my rating is, I was woken up on Saturday morning at 8 AM from someone out in the parking lot **** whacking . I was very frustrated that it was my day off and I spent the day prior driving. We were all exhausted and woken way too early by the nuisance of a **** whacker. Although this is beyond the hotels control lowered my rating for the hotel in general . Otherwise, the pool was very warm. The hot tub was great. We had to ask each time we went down there for more towels. They were out every time they obliged immediately. Customer service in the hotel was excellent as well! The price that we received from booking online was great , also very affordable and competitive!

La familia y yo nos quedamos en el DuPont Fairfield Inn & Suites por dos noches. Debbie (en la entrada de la noche atrasada) y Brandon (hora del día) en el escritorio frontal fueron extremadamente útiles, profesionales y acomodados para nuestra familia de 5. El desayuno es muy agradable y con una buena selección de comida y bebidas, incluso mis niños muy picantes disfrutaron de la desayuno. El Fairfield Inn fue muy limpio y todos, incluidos los huéspedes, llevaban máscaras. ¡En estos tiempos de aburrimiento, fue tan agradable quedarse en un lugar cómodo y seguro con un gran servicio al cliente!

BW Liberty Inn has shown great concern for the travelers and provides a wonderful hot breakfast, they have food for everyone's tastes. Staff is responsive and helpful and even recommended ways to stay that will save me money in the future. I look forward to future stays.

Muy limpio, tranquilo, grandes habitaciones.... Máquina de café, microondas, nevera, camas cómodas, excelente desayuno en el sitio.... muy recomendable! Es maravilloso tener 6 estaciones de carga EV en este motel. Aunque sólo era 7.3kW/hr, es libre y suficiente para hacer una gran diferencia en el viaje. Reservé esta ubicación específicamente para la función de carga EV. Utilíce el cargador J1772. El desayuno era un desayuno continental estándar y agradable para tener yogur y fruta. La única cosa que haría de otra manera es pedir un piso de la habitación superior. La habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. Aunque el inglés no era claramente su primera lengua, dijeron: ”¡Lo siento!”. Pensé que empezara a calmarse, pero duró hasta las 12:30. Sin duda, las habitaciones estaban oscuras con las sombras cerradas y si hubieran acabado de desactivar las luces, No habría ninguna manera de que nadie pudiera correr en la oscuridad. Eso fue lo único negativo fue que las paredes/mayores podrían ser un poco tan fin, pero creo que depende de sus vecinos y de nuevo, mi petición habría sido un piso superior para evitar esta próxima vez. Las camas fueron muy cómodas, comprobar fácilmente. Y otra vez .... Amorado EV recargando en el sitio. Gracias!

What a great hotel !! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were both great. Breakfast, hot and yummy. Check-in was quick and easy. Very convenient to the freeway, makes getting around to places of interest so easy. Parking was great and very safe. All of the front desk staff were so friendly, happy and helpful. Would like to give a special shout out to Robert, he was so sweet and helpful to us. If back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

El desayuno es muy bueno, hay utensilios de cocina en la habitación, puedes comprar ingredientes para cocinar, un poco cerca de la alta velocidad, el auto hace ruido, pero el impacto no es grande, pero el precio de la habitación es muy bueno, alabanza. !

This property needs help. Check in went OK I suppose. Was handed keys with a sticky note with my room number, as they were out of key sleeves. I checked in to my room and noticed it definitely needed an upgrade. Stale, mildew-y smell. I went to put out the ”Do Not Disturb” sign, to find there wasn't one. Went back to the front desk and was told they had none. Pillows on the bed are quite flat, foam type and don't offer any support. Bed was OK overall. Shower head sprayed water in several directions despite adjusting. Breakfast (if you can even call it that) was a sad affair. Styrofoam flavored half circle pre-made egg things, and the greasiest pork sausage on earth. No hard boiled eggs. No fruit cups. Sign up for gluten free options, and there were none available. No napkins out anywhere. Breakfast staff seemed lost and confused. Sign up for build-your-own French Toast, and there was none to build. 3 sad apples were the only fruit offering, and I would not feed them to a horse. There appears to be a chocolate milkshake (or worse) spilled all over the outdoor carpeting just outside the rooms on the 2nd level. Landscape is shaggy with half-mowed grass and an unkept appearance. Internet works, but is slow. I'm a Diamond Select member with BW, and even with my ”discounted rate” it was still over $130 + tax just for a single. They refer to this as a ”historic” property, but they need to definitely improve its appearance. If I was the owner of this property, I'd be ashamed.
