«La ubicación del hotel es fenomenal. Era muy limpia y espacial. La vista desde el balcón también era grande, aunque teníamos una habitación de arriba, podíamos sentarse fuera de nuestra puerta delantera y ver la vista. El desayuno fue superb ...a fantástico ofreciendo muchas opciones desde comidas calientes o frías. Todo de las cebollas frescas, la comida de ovejas REAL con todas las tapas que quieras, omeletas queso, huevos abrasados, tostadas, danesas, bacalaos, cereales, frutas, yogur y un café y un bar de zumo. Las dos únicas quejas que me quejaban fueron que la cama no era muy cómoda para mí. Era demasiado firme. Podría ser grande para alguien más, pero la firmeza me mantuvo, otra vez, eso es sólo para mí porque prefiero una cama más suave. La otra cosa no tan grande fue que el duche ya sea colocaría agua caliente o simplemente agua fría ...no hay nada entre. Creo que el divertidor de agua caliente/fria podría necesitar mantenimiento. Las bebidas en el bar delantero también eran deliciosas. El 24 de septiembre, en la habitación 223, en caso de que la gestión quiera mirarla. »

La habitación y la casa de huéspedes estaban limpios y como se describe, pero se siente la falta de interés en la renovación.
Las ventanas no son insonorizadas y, por lo tanto, se oye todo si su habitación está orientada a la calle.

It’s also only 10 min away from downtown Dunedin, 15 min from Clearwater & Tarpon Springs. It has everything needed for your vacation- 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and many beach towels available for use.

This top floor condo is fully equipped with everything you may need. The kitchen is well stocked, with pots, pans, plates, silverware, an apartment sized stove and oven, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, starter supplies of paper towels, etc.
We provide fluffy white towels and soft sheets, shampoo, conditioner and bath gel, and a starter supply of toilet paper.
There is high speed wifi, two flat screen TVs with free Netflix.

- The pool/hot tub professional cleaning service comes every Monday. Please wait for at least one hour after the pool/hot tub were cleaned to use it.
- Trash pickup occurs every Monday/Thursday. Kindly set the trash can on the sidewalk early in the morning on the day of the pick up or the night before the pick up.
- The lawn is mowed by the professional company on Fridays.
- Safety outdoor cameras (front and back) are set for guests' convenience and safety. Tampering is not allowed and will result in a $500 fine.
- This is a nonsmoking home. Indoor smoking is not permitted and will result in $500 fine.
- The house is located in a quiet family neighborhood. Please adhere to quiet hours from 9pm to 8am.
- Absolutely no parties or events with anyone other than guests.
- Dogs up to 15lbs are allowed upon approval and will require the additional fee. Please contact us for further information.
- Our tropical garden is overlooking a small pond. As much as it's tempting, please do not trespass the fenced area.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub.
- Please do not put anything other then the toilet paper in the toilets.
- Fireplace is for a display only. Please do not use it.
- Usage of candles is not allowed at the property. Instead, we provided flameless, battery-operated candles for your enjoyment.
- Garage is designated game room for your enjoyment. Please park in the driveway.
- Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and other beach necessities are stored in the garage. Please feel free to use them and make sure to store them back before leaving the property.
- Two adult beach cruisers are provided for your enjoyment. Please store them back in the garage.
- Check in time is 4pm. Check out is at 11am. Please contact us if arriving earlier. We might be able to accommodate you.
