La ubicación estaba bien pero tuvo que esperar un tiempo para entrar en el hotel, ya que no hay nadie en la recepción en medio de la noche.

Cleanest room we've stayed in in 10 years. Everything we needed. Staff was professional and courteous. Will stay again.

For some reason the hotels in the Cortland area are very expensive. In comparison, the Red Roof Inn is a deal. Do note the property is in transition as it is being updated. Still, the rooms, though simple, are clean and orderly. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Coffee in the room and at the front desk -- front desk coffee is to be preferred. No other food at the moment. Parking is right next to the motel/hotel, though it is a bit dark. The Inn is located right off of I81, and on the edge of town though very close to the center of the city. Plenty of restaurants nearby. This is a basic but good property, especially given the rate. The staff sparkle. Would stay again. If you need a basic place to stay in Cortland, and don't want to spend a fortune, this is the place.

La mayoría de los hoteles están saliendo de su camino para mantener sus edificios y habitaciones lo más limpias posible, así que imagine nuestra sorpresa de encontrar un cafetería usado de un viajero anterior todavía en la máquina Keurig. La televisor remota debe estar saneada y colocada en un saco de cierre de zip; nuestra estaba en la mesa ENTRE el saco de cierre de zip. Así que, ¿cuán bien estaba limpiada nuestra habitación? También teníamos algunos invitados inesperados en nuestra habitación: antígenos! En el tercer piso? ¿Qué es todo eso? La primera vez que se me ocurrió que la casa de los huéspedes estaba en el centro de la ciudad, pero no había nada que hacer. No puedo culpar a la chica en el escritorio delantero, no es su culpa, pero le presenté una queja y nunca he oído hablar del gerente.

La habitación era estéticamente agradable...muy saboroso ... nada takky ... limpio ... y una cama más cómoda ... todo a una tarifa asequible ...Plus el personal nocturno y por la mañana estaba muy acomodado ... Justo fuera de la Ruta 81, Este es un gran lugar para colapsar después de un largo día en la carretera .... Altamente recomendado ...
