Utilizar hoteles Hilton porque tengo la aplicación pero decidido comprobar los comentarios de Travelocity y elegido Drury Inn. ¡Qué hotel! ¡Compañeros de equipo limpios, modernos, amigables, desayuno gratuito y popcorn y soda gratis en las noches. La zona de piscina era grande. Me sentí muy segura mientras caminaba por la propiedad. El equipo de seguridad está en el sitio y visible. No se puede vencer este tipo de servicio y confort por el precio. Niño trabajo, Drury Inn! Muy impresionado!

Bella y Sonya hizo nuestro viaje especial. Fuimos a la Fiesta del Ballon. La gente en la mesa delantera hizo todo lo que podía para asegurarnos de que tuviéramos una vista de los globos. Si no puedes ver los globos de tu habitación, va a una de las grandes ventanas al final del pasillo cerca de las habitaciones de los 20 años.

UUsuario invitadoA knock on our door at 8pm my wife opened the door to be met by the front desk lady aggressively telling her “multiple complaints about excessive noise and shouting from our room, she had listened at our door and heard screaming and if she got one more complaint we would have to leave the hotel”. I called back down stairs as I was in shock - i thought she must have the wrong room - the only noise was from our perhaps boisterous 6 year old who was watching a kids show on YouTube kids. But she again reiterated “screaming” and that we would be forced to leave. In my opinion I don’t think you could find a quieter family. Certainly the TV would have made more noise. Shocking unbelievably bad customer service - simply asking us to keep the noise down as someone had complained would have been sufficient - but the instant escalation to leave the hotel…..left us feeling very upset. If we disturbed someone at 8pm in the evening, we are truly sorry. The noise insulation seemed good in the hotel - we only heard occasional doors closing and the freeway traffic outside. We had got in from dinner around 7:15pm after a 9 hour drive. After the complaint at 8pm we spent the next 45 mins whispering and stressing that somehow we were going to be put out in the street in a Saturday night in Albuquerque, before going to sleep. Needless to say it was a restless night sleep. As for the hotel, we stayed at a Holiday Inn Express hotel the night before in Fort Worth. So we had a direct compare and contrast. In Albuquerque the shower did not work and there was a problem with the functionality of the blackout shades. The breakfast was a little disappointing as there was only half of the items offered actually available (the sausage and biscuits were great). No yogurts, cinnamon roles, bread for toast. And there was a distinct absence of any staff replenishing food, or cleaning tables etc. Check in was also odd - we had booked a prepaid non cancellation 2 x queen bed room (for our family of 4). Arrived around 5pm. At check in “sorry I don’t have that room, but I do have a king suite with a sofa bed; the hotel is fully booked”. I explained that didn’t work for us, we needed two beds. After some time on the computer the lady said ok, I have a room for you “someone else is going to be disappointed when they check in tonight”. I have no idea what the criteria used to select disappointing a guest were. Overall something just not right with the way this property was running.

UUsuario invitadoI really appreciated the staff , real problem solvers and genuinely nice people. One even helped me find a less expensive place to stay to fit my budget. Complimentary coffee ( varied options) , water dispenser in lobby, and a fantastic very large tv in the bedroom were some draw cards. I could use my Netflix membership easily . I didn’t get the included breakfast as I booked through a third party so explore booking direct . The breakfast sounded good:) . It certainly offers a far nicer ambience than the less expensive place I relocated to . Their Nice carefully picked staff make a big difference. They should all be complimented ! :)

Después de que el AC no trabajara en una de las salas de conferencias durante dos días, Erika tomó la iniciativa de cambiar nuestro evento a una sala diferente con AC. Durante el almuerzo en el restaurante del hotel, Erika estaba tomando pedidos, sirviendo bebidas, haciendo pedidos y buscándome mesas para 30 a 40 personas, a veces por sí misma, sin quejas, sólo disculpas por ser subempleado. AAecoEl personal de servicio de Tai Tai está bien atendido, no hay dormitorios en el momento de la estancia, se lo pondrá en contacto después de haberlo avisado, el equipo ㄧ es algo viejo, hay actividades turísticas cerca del hotel, hay preocupaciones en la vivienda, pero todavía es seguro.

JJojo GillenLa puerta en el dormitorio cayó de sus colchones desde el fondo y cayó en mis bebés cuando abrimos la puerta cuz estaba atascado. Fue una buena estadía. No diría que no me quedaría otra vez. En cuanto a trip.com u suck y no dijo lo que usted dijo que haría así que tuve que pagar por 2 días cuando se suponía que lo devolvía para que podamos ir a casa. En la noche que tuve allí para una devolución y el día siguiente fui a salir y no tuve otra opción que ir a casa. ¡Quédate porque ya era 24 horas!

UUsuario invitadoLa comida fue agarrada y ir y ser alérgico al cebolla y al desayuno de las cebollas fue, un un poco satisfactorio de fruta y café. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. El bufete de calor sólo funcionaba con un solo jet, pero al menos el agua estaba caliente. El marco de la cama tenía sangre en él y la cubierta de la matrícula era sucia, pero porque el suelo no tenía tela, el suelo estaba bien limpio.

Vola a cerca de cien metros del aire, y la belleza de sus alrededores se encuentra en el fondo de los ojos, realmente vale la pena experimentar.
