I thought it was VERY inconvenient to not be able to expense meals/drinks/services to my room to have just one final bill. For business travelers, this implies needing to report and expense several bills instead of just one upon check-out. Second, the food quality at the restaurant was subpar, to say the least. Once, I ordered a medium/rare T-steak. It arrived overcooked, on a bed of BBQ sauce (WHY?!), and it was the hardest meat I'd eaten in years, it was very disappointing. Third, the spa. I booked a 50min massage at the hammam. While I was there, there were 2 teen guests talking very loud, yelling, clapping on the water recipients, etc. I had to tell them myself to please be quiet, while I was covered in foam (this should be done by the person delivering the massage at the first sign of noise and disrespect), yet they continued doing their own show. Fourth, when I left, I looked at the clock and the massage had finished after 32min, when I paid for 50min one. Fifth: The coffee machine at the buffet is old and delivers only water when you press the coffee-vanilla option, and for the rest of them it's an unsavory, watery diluted coffee. Totally not what you'd expect from this sort of hotel. The only good think I found during my stay were the premises, which are new and tidy. I don’t think I would come back.

Reservamos 5 noches para el hotel y se nos pidió que pagáramos en su totalidad. Desgraciadamente, 12 días antes de nuestra partida, mi compañero fue hospitalizado debido a un ataque cardíaco menor y yo le informé al hotel para cancelar mi reserva porque no podría esquiar incluso si podamos viajar. El Sr. Okan, con quien estaba en contacto con via Whatsapp, me informó de que no podía pagarme el reembolso debido a la política de no cancelación del hotel. Inicialmente quería pensar y pagar más tarde, pero él me mantuvo empujando a hacer el pago y me dijo cualquier cambio que necesito que me ayudará y no tengo que preocuparme, pero no fue así cuando tuve que cancelar el estancia debido a una emergencia médica. Así que le dije que escribiré oficialmente y pedirle que responda a mi correo electrónico para que pueda intentar y reclamar seguro. Sin embargo, por cualquier razón, se negó a responder a mi correo electrónico a pesar de que se comprometió a hacerlo a través de Whatsapp después de haberme informado repetidamente no habrá reembolso del hotel. Hasta ahora no he recibido la respuesta y no puedo presentar reclamaciones a la compañía de seguros.
