Hemos estado un finde en el hotel y nos ha encantado todas las opciones que nos ha ofrecido. El hotel luce espectacular y tiene una gran variedad de entretenimiento, piscinas y restaurantes donde comer. La comida nos encantó, sobre todo el pescado. El equipo humano del hotel siempre muy simpáticos y tuvieron una atención especial con nuestra niña siempre en todo momento, que nos encantó.

En teoría, creo que cualquiera podría disfrutar de esta playa desde otro punto de entrada, pero durante nuestra estadía 5-day fue desnudo y en la mayoría, sólo accedido por otros huéspedes del hotel. El desayuno era muy bueno y nuestra habitación era cómoda y muy espaciosa (aunque un poco de fecha y no nos impresionaba). Muchas comodidades, desde los tribunales de tenis y de paddle hasta las playas y piscinas más, muchos espacios invitados para sentarse y relajarse en toda la hermosa propiedad manejada. No obstante, me quedaría aquí otra vez y recomendaría a otros viajeros (especialmente después de salir y alrededor de la región de Algarve).

Ater eventually finding the apartments (only due to local roadworks), Paula greeted us and showed us to our room. Spotlessly clean, decent size studio apartment. Thanks to Google translate, Paula explained everything about the complex, and also suggested a couple of local restaurants. We saw her several times throughout the 5 days we were there, she always had a smile and asked if all was OK. We found the bars/cafes in the village to be really cheap, but if you wanted a 'proper' meal, head to the seafront for more choice of restaurant, and only slightly more expensive.

Mucho cuidado con lo que pensais que reservais, directamente en la página del hotel, reservé a primeros de marzo, para ir en agosto, 2 habitaciones dobles con vistas al mar, solicitando con tiempo que estuvieran cercanas o contiguas. A mi llegada, me dicen que habían decidido darme una suite, superior a lo que yo había reservado, con 2 habitaciones y 2 baños. Mi sorpresa, cuando subo a la habitación (después de haber pagado toda la estancia, puesto que me lo pidieron por adelantado) es que de las 2 habitaciones una no tenía ni ventanas ni aire, las excepcionales vistas al mar, según información de la habitación, era a un patio interior y a lo lejos se veia una franja de mar. Bajamos indignados, pidiendo las 2 habitaciones que habíamos reservado, cada habitación por tener esas vistas al mar costaba 600 eur más a la semana que las que no tenían vistas al mar. Me las dieron, pero ya no habían juntas, sino una en la planta 5 y la otra en la planta 2. La limpieza de las habitaciones de 10, el desayuno muy variado y muy bueno, tema comidas, algo pobre... un restaurante en la piscina para comer, pero sólo en.plan comida rápida y la cena el bufet. El hotel situado en un sitio privilegiado, varias playas cercanas preciosas y la zona ajardinada y piscima también muy bien, con muchas tumbonas.

We stayed here for a week commencing Saturday 06 May 2023 (2 couples). This is a really nice hotel with plenty of space, and the whole resort is spotlessly clean. We were welcomed on arrival by some very friendly staff. We arrived about 11.30am, but the rooms were not to be available until 16:00. However, if I gave my mobile number, they would call me as soon as they were ready. We went off for a drink at the Pool bar and received the call about 13:00...excellent. Our room was a Garden/Pool view room (with partial sea views). As far as I am aware, this was a standard room. The room was huge, and had ample storage space. Very comfortable king size bed. Rain shower with separate toilet with bidet. Kettle with coffee and tea (decaffeinated coffee available from reception). There is also a small fridge. The balcony has two seats and a table. Daily maid service. Towels and bed-linen changed at request. Our package was Half Board which meant that breakfast and lunch was taken in the Ocean Buffet restaurant. There was one other Restaurant available: Prima Donna Restaurant (more on this later). The food in the buffet restaurant was very good with plenty of choice and good quality (It's hard to produce excellent quality on this scale). The service staff in this restaurant were also very good and attentive. The Pool Bar, which is only open during the day, is an al-la-carte restaurant serving a good range of very good food. Good service and friendly staff. You can order as little as 1 bucket of chips, and also share meals. We found this a food way of keeping the cost of meals down at lunchtime, when we didn't require much anyway. Prima Donna restaurant: This is offered as an alternative to the Buffet in the evening. The hotel will allow you €15.00 per person against the cost of the menu. For us, this restaurant was very disappointing as there is very little by way of an Italian atmosphere. The food was OK, but not worth spending the extra on. The staff inn here were, in my view, pretty inexperienced and without the personality you might expect in an Italian restaurant. This is definitely an area where the hotel could do better. There is a small amount of entertainment which takes place three nights a week in the lobby bar. The guitarist on Monday was quite good, the female singer on Wednesday was really good, and the male singer on Thursday (I think) needed to inject a bit more feeling and life into his act. The bar service in this area was usually slow, saved only by the personality of the barmen. Special praise should go to Carlos Santos who was always attentive and with a great personality. There is an excellent beach about 10 minutes from the hotel alnog a wooden walkway. I have two complaints: The cost of the drink was on a par with what you would purchase on George Street in Edinburgh. The other is that water should be provided free of charge in a resort like this, as water is an essential part of this type of holi
