Lo primero que hay que decir de éste resort es que las fotos-a pesar de ser muy bonitas- no reflejan lo bonito que es el resort y la isla que es una maravilla que puedes pasar horas mirando... En cuanto al resort en sí, está muy bien distribuido en los diferentes tipos de ”casitas” que tiene tanto en la playa como en la laguna como en la ”montaña”. La llegada es espectacular, con una vista increible del frontal de la isla y unas aguas de un verde maravilloso. La recepción muy diligente y agradable , la habitación bien distribuida y muy mona , con su porche y sus tumbonas, en nuestro caso en la playa que es algo que me encanta. Y una duda que tenía en cuanto a la privacidad en la propia playa , pues no problem, hay distancia suficiente además de que, como en todos éstos tipos de resort la playa suele estar casi vacía aunque el resort esté completo. La piscina con vista desbordante al mar es estupenda y está al lado del bar abierto al mar y a la playa donde te tratará todo el mundo genial , siempre pendientes de lo que te gusta más y era un sitio especia para pasar ”ratitos” de éstos que nos gustan de disfrutar de un vino y unas vistas preciosas. En cuanto a la comida, estupenda. Nos costó un poco darnos cuenta de que había mucho más en la carta que la primera parte que es más western y el resto era de la carta era muy variado y super bueno. Estuvimos solamente cinco días y no nos dio tiempo a probar muchas cosas que parecían muy apetecibles. El desayuno estupendo también , con una variedad suficiente de todo y un rincón que me encantó espeialmente en el que cada día variaban de platos de carne guisada de distintas formas , patatas y salchichas también guisadas . El personal encantador y muy preocupado-a veces en exceso- de que estuvieras bien, que tuvieras la mesa que más te gustaba, de que cualquier cosa que te causara la menor incomodidad desapareciera. Los dueños del resort, una pareja española encantadora que han conseguido crear un ambiente especial en una isla mágica. Mil gracias a todos por la atención que recibimos . Volveremos!!

Recomiendo totalmente la estancia en este resort. Hemos estado 4 días mi pareja y yo, en las cabañas del agua, y hemos quedado totalmente encantados. El lugar es un paraíso, puedes bucear en la misma zona de arrecife de coral del hotel, que está solo a unos metros de las cabañas del agua y es absolutamente increíble toda la fauna que hay allí. El personal del hotel es muy amable y servicial, te ayudan con cualquier cosa que necesites y te facilitan mucho la estancia. Los tours y excursiones también son geniales, tanto por la facilidad a la hora de realizarlos como por lo amables que son los guías. Especial mención a JR que nos acompañó en uno de los tours e incluso en el buceo que hicimos posteriormente en la zona cercana al hotel, gracias a él la experiencia fue maravillosa. Las habitaciones son preciosas y las zonas comunes también. La comida está muy buena y hay mucha variedad. Algunos días variaron el lugar de la cena y pudimos cenar en el exterior, lo cual hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más maravillosa. Gracias a todos los trabajadores por conseguir que sea un lugar tan especial. Volveremos seguro.

Mi estancia en El Nido Resorts Lagen Island fue extraordinaria. La calidez y la hospitalidad genuina del personal fueron excepcionales; Siempre llevaban una sonrisa e hicieron todo lo posible para garantizar una experiencia memorable. Desde ayudarme con las reservas del ferry hasta sorprenderme en mi cumpleaños con una cama bellamente decorada y un delicioso pastel, su atención fue realmente conmovedora. Un agradecimiento especial a Carell, Jojo, Harnie, John y Arvin por su excelente apoyo.
El ambiente feliz del resort al llegar marca la pauta y usted se marcha con una sonrisa, deseando más. Los recorridos complementarios, perfectamente integrados en el paquete, fueron excepcionales gracias a los guías comprensivos, creando una experiencia privada y oportuna. Optar por el bungalow sobre el agua fue una experiencia única y encantadora, que se suma al paraíso que es la isla El Nido Lagen.
Las comidas estilo buffet que se ofrecían tres veces al día eran una delicia culinaria. Recomiendo de todo corazón El Nido Resorts Lagen Island para una escapada inolvidable y muy recomendable. ¡Gracias por una estancia excepcional!

El hotel está situado en un lugar muy aislado - es muy tranquilo, pero la carretera al hotel es muy dura: sólo algunos de los transportes pueden llegar al hotel debido a la calle estrecha que conecta la playa y la ciudad de El Nido. Esto realmente fue un pequeño paraíso escondido del ajetreo de la ciudad. Es un poco lejos de la ciudad, alrededor de 300-400 pesos por trayecto, pero vale la pena qued**** aquí si quieres paz y serenidad después de un largo día de actividades. Las habitaciones están configuradas como pequeñas cabañas con nevera pequeña, aire acondicionado, baño grande con vista al pequeño patio trasero. ¡El desayuno está incluido y es mucho más que su desayuno continental habitual! La piscina está limpia, es un buen lugar para relaj****. Sobre todo, cuidan mucho sus botánicos para crear un pequeño paraíso para ti. Si reserva una estadía aquí, le recomendaría esperar y reservar recorridos a través de ellos para que pueda obtener un traslado gratuito a la ciudad, debe pagar el viaje de regreso después del recorrido.

LLenamakkarenaFloresitas se encuentra en una situación tranquila en el mar. Quien quiera desactivar unos días y centrarse en lo esencial es exactamente correcto (si no se construye juntos o el generador está en marcha - lo que era totalmente insostenible). En una de las cabinas (sin AC) o (en nuestro caso) habitaciones con aire acondicionado, la más necesaria es una cama cómoda y un pequeño baño con ducha y WC. Nuestra habitación era relativamente limpia por qué los espejos en Filipinas nunca parecen limpiarse, no entiendo. Además, el agua del tubo es más marrón, no se recomienda lavar. Justo frente a la puerta de la habitación: arena blanca, fina, que se extiende del mar por toda la planta. Muchas mangas y asientos invitan a permanecer. El Wi-Fi fue lo mejor que tuvimos desde nuestra llegada a Filipinas en todo el edificio. La comida también fue realmente muy deliciosa - Gemma está haciendo mucho esfuerzo para satisfacer los deseos de sus huéspedes. It was a short walk to our rooms (bungalow by the beach) but did not mind it at all! Having your own bungalow and front porch was great, as it gave us privacy and a relaxed space. Location is good (assuming you want something less busy). it was a short tricycle ride to town and Las Cabanas Beach but also away from the crowds. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Room was decent size and clean. Aircon worked great! We didn’t watch much TV (for obvious reasons) but it did have a few English channels. They offer massages by the pool which was nice to have. The power went out once, but it went back on after a few mins – think they have a generator. Which was very helpful as outages in this island happens occasionally. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hospitality was above and beyond - really appreciated it. I would stay here again and it’s a great price for an April stay.

Spectacular view of El Nido terrain at the rooftop restaurant/pool. ”Comfortable Chic” is how I would describe it. Right next door to Friendz, if you can t stand your teenagers to close. They can have their own little vacation from you even if you're together. I just wished the wi-fi was a bit stronger, but hey - I came to El Nido to get my face off the phone. The staff was really accommodating in all aspects of our trips - from shuttle services to bike rentals to restaurant suggestions. They also had the Ferry service office at the mezzanine, so our ferry ride to Coron was ticketed on the spot. I would stay in this hotel again, fo sure.

UUsuario invitadoWe had a fantastic stay in El Nido despite challenges at this hotel and the *********** description being inaccurate to the room. Pros of staying: easy access by tricycle off the main road, beautiful sunset views, free kayak rentals, great and attentive bar and restaurant crew, good but very limited breakfast, air-conditioned rooms with outdoor drying racks for clothes. Cons of staying: far from town, no hot water, brief loss of power, terrible to no internet, dogs and cats with mange that will put their paws on your lap while you eat, variable quantity of food for breakfast (sometimes 1 egg, sometimes 2), they do not clean your room, front desk will lie to your face over several important issues (see below), (and minor issue) instant packet coffee only. As for the front desk issues: I at first thought there was a gap in communication, but things kept happening that made it clear they were just negligent and rude. I would like to preface this by saying I've spent over 4 months in the Philippines with no issues communicating even when both individuals don't understand the other's language. This hotel's website is in English and is marketed in English. The front desk also showed their hand by remembering several details including our van transfer time and date while pretending to not remember several other things they literally wrote down on the same sheet of paper. Most of our communications were with Catherine Apa. 1. They tried to kick us out before the day they told us we were checking out. We had booked a 3-night stay and tried to add another day online, but were unable to modify our reservation. We booked a 4th night separately and were happy to switch rooms if we had to. The first thing we did on arrival was to ask if we could stay in the same room for all 4 nights. They said OK and scheduled our van transfer to the airport the morning after our 4th night. Thank God we were in the room at 12PM the day before check-out, because they tried to make us leave. I showed her my reservation (again), and she told us we would have to move to a different room. She said ”don't worry, it's a deluxe room with the same price with an ocean view. But you have to get out now because someone else booked your room.” OK, so we hastily pack up the whole room and just as we finish, she pops in to tell us ”actually you can stay here” with no apology whatsoever. At this point it felt like she was messing with us. The excuses were ”our desk computers don't connect to the internet” ”you are booked twice, for a 5 day stay” (which makes no sense) and ”actually there are people in the new room right now.” 2. They insisted our tour meeting time was wrong and refused to schedule transportation at the time I asked for. The tour said 8AM sharp, and she absolutely insisted on leaving at 8:30AM. She said the tours leave 9-10 so there's no way you need to be there at 8. I asked several times to get there at 8 and she just wasn't having it. So we booked for 8:30. T

UUsuario invitadoI had very nice stay in Ashok homestay honestly because of the owner. My stay was in February 2017 during valentine week. The hotel is at the center of the city, accessible to restaurants, clubs and beach. The location of the hotel is just perfect even during late evening. The room is clean, bathroom is clean. The wifi is weaker inside the room but very good at the lobby. I have no complaints during my stay. The owner of the property is kind, humble, approachable, helpful and smiling face nice guy. He is always ready to help in suggesting restaurants, beach, shopping areas. He even offered us to cook breakfast (bread omelette) in his kitchen which was a kind gesture often not found. He was flexible with checkin-checkout time. I would highly recommend Ashok homestay for the best beachy exploration and a cost effective vacation.

UUsuario invitadoTravel agent booked this hotel for us for a standard double room for 4 nts. We got a double bed room, but no TV and room was very plain. When we complained about no TV we were told that the room that was booked for us showed air con and Wi-Fi, and we did not book a room with a TV, which BTW their website shows rooms with TVs and we picked this hotel based on photos shown to us by travel agent, which room was much more under-whelming than the photos. When we asked the front desk doesn't a 'Standard Double' room come with a TV? Got really no response from them. I told them that they we didn't book a room with a toliet, bedsheets, a mattress, pillows, toliet paper, etc.; but the room seemed to come with these items, other than just Wi-Fi and Air Con. They eventually said they would try to move us to a room with a TV the second day. When they moved us to the new room with a TV, which BTW did not even work. This other new room was a very small room that barely fit the double bed with very little walking space and an even smaller bathroom, and there was no where for us to put our clothes so we would live out of our suitcase; which there was really no place to even put the suitcase. So we just asked to get moved back into our original room with no TV as it was about 40% bigger (which isn't saying much), but at least it had a place to put our clothes and suitcase. Also, the 'Wi-Fi' internet was very poor in both rooms and only seemed to work okay either in the lobby area (ground floor) or on the top (4th) floor where the dining rea was located. Hotel is located about 2-3 km from the main area of El Nido. We recommend you stay somewhere else.

MMicahTodo en Palawan es hermoso, pero El Nido es realmente algo! Fui a celebrar nuestro aniversario y estaba realmente ahorriendo esta viaje con mi novio ahora mi prometido. Estoy realmente enamorado de El Nido. También me sorprendió con el Gran Lagoon porque el agua es surreal. sueño turquoise! ¡Definitivamente no deberías perder esto!
