It was an amazing experience of living on such a small island, but they will provide everything you need. The food is just wonderful, stuff is friendly and helpful, atmosphere is nice and very Italian oriented. Reccomend for those who loves privacy and very calm vacations in beautiful place! Would add TV into the rooms for the days with bad weather.

Hola, solo puedo decir, Gracias!!! Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. El hotel tiene un personal extraordinario, atento, amable, educado….Hemos viajado con motivo de nuestra luna de miel. Y el hotel ha tenido un detalle muy especial con nosotros, además no hablamos inglés y nunca fue un impedimento para comunicarnos, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, todo el día están limpiando, nos hospedamos en una villa sobre el agua, preciosa, cómoda, amplia y con unas vistas preciosas. El hotel está rodeado de un arrecife impresionante, con mucha vida marina, puedes pasar todo el día haciendo skorkel y no te cansarás. La comida rica y variada. Hay que tener en cuenta que la base es comida asiática. Pero todos los días nos sorprendimos con un plato nuevo, diferente. Se preocupan porque estés bien en todo momento. Desde que llegas al aeropuerto. No tenemos nada malo que decir de este hotel. Súper recomendado.

After having read all the excellent reviews from previous visitors we also decided to book Kandolhu. And I can only say that was an excellent decision! The already given great reviews were all spot on! Booking over the Kandolhu website was very smooth. Excellent service from the front desk staff in organizing pre-payment, payment and water airplane. After landing in Male, a short transfer to the new Lounge just next to where the water airplane departs. Lounge very nice and modern. From there a 30 mins flight to Kandolhu. We really appreciated being welcomed by Guillaume and the crew right on arrival on the Jetty. Then we were shown to our Beach Villa (number 109) and also received a tour of all the island facilities such as restaurants etc. Great intro! The beach villa was lovely. Very spacious, great bathroom, excellent bed with direct access to the beach and the sea. Coffee and tee facilities, a loudspeaker that connected over bluetooth to the I-Phone etc. The only thing that was missing is an outdoor shower when coming back from the sea. The beach villas are best located for sundowners given they face to the west. The house reef is beautiful, lots of corals and many different fish with friendly sharks and turtles. We went snorkeling twice a day and every time saw something not seen before. Kandolhu has 5 different restaurants, all of them ”a la carte” and all of them offer a great choice of different dishes at very high quality. We loved it. For our stay we chose the all inclusive package, which we can clearly recommend! Next to all the food (with some small exceptions like lobster) a good choice of wines and alcoholic beverages of international brands is included in this package. There were also some theme evenings (indian / maledivian) offered at an additional price, there we thought this should be included in the AI package and not at a small surcharge. Big congratulations to the staff on the whole island, wow! They really make a difference. Estela, Elvira, Gilbert, Sharif etc (sorry for not mentioning all the names) make you feel at home and welcomed from the moment you arrive on the island. From day 1 they knew our names, we never experienced this before, it feels like visiting family. We also arranged two different excursions with the dive center to see different reefs. One of them was to see Manta's and wow, this was amazing. Na**** made a great job and guided us to a place where we saw at least 5 of them and could watch these unique creatures by snorkeling in the sea and take great pictures. We want to express our big thanks to Guillaume and management and all the staff on Kandolhu for a great experience, WE LOVED IT!

El hotel de 4 estrellas se encuentra en las Maldivas a un precio muy inferior al de un alojamiento en un resort. El hotel se encuentra en la playa y desde el segundo piso y arriba, con una vista espectacular a la playa palmeras y al océano. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, equipadas con aire acondicionado. Ingvar, Jari y su personal están bien, disponibles y felizes de ayudar y ayudar en cualquier cosa, incluyendo la reserva de la transferencia desde el aeropuerto de MALE al hotel y la coordinación de las dives en los clubes de dives locales del hotel.
