Namaste 🙏🏻 Had a great time at ITC Grand Goa. The management and staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. We received a very warm welcome. We were family of 9 people including elders and toddlers, and everyone had great fun. The property is amazing with easy access to beach.We had booked beach view rooms so parents were mostly seen on the beach 😊 There's so much to do for all age groups. My kids were so happy in the ”Ollie's club” that they didn't wanted to leave, as full day activities were planned for them. Teens were also happy to cycle around the resort and play football. Security is so good that we didn't have to worry about our kids. Big thumbs up for the dining staff. As I was always busy helping my toddler with food, the staff made sure that I also was fed😃.Also they arranged big dining table so that we all don't sit separately. Food was also great 👍🏻 Thank you everyone at ITC GRAND GOA for your hospitality. We made some amazing memories here, and my kids can't wait to visit you again.

El hotel es muy antiguo, lo que le da un encanto de vieja escuela. Había muchas familias y viajeros alojados en el complejo. La habitación estaba limpia, ordenada y cómoda. La piscina era estupenda para nadar por la tarde. Toallas y ropa de cama limpias y frescas todos los días. El personal es de lo más servicial. No hay restaurante en el lugar, pero la entrega de comida es fácil. Alquiler de taxis y scooters disponibles. Céntrico y fácil de recorrer. Las playas están muy cerca.

This hotel is ran by the most friendly and helpful family. It's in a lovely, quiet part of South Goa, yet close enough to shops, restaurants and so on. And of course the beach - it's literally a 5 minute walk to long, perfect, quiet beaches that have beautifully sunsets. The beach-shacks there have loungers, sun-umbrellas, and are happy to wait on you at the beach as you have the most relaxing time :-) As for the hotel rooms, they have a stylish, modern interior. All the equipment is new, modern and high quality. The showers are high-power / flow, in large walk-in glass shower rooms. The bedrooms are spacious (even compared to European hotels), return large, clean, comfortable beds. The linen is good cotton and changed every day. They have the best quality Japanese air-conditioning units that are whisper-quiet and very powerful and effective! The WiFi had good signal in my room, and by the pool. It had the inevitable occasional dropouts but that's the Goa telecom companies fault, not this hotel's. Another inevitable issue India suffers from is frequent power-cuts. But this hotel has their own backup generator! It automatically kicks in whenever needed so you aren't affected :-) Outside, the hotel had beautiful gardens and a lovely, cool, clear swimming pool. There were no mosquitos anywhere. The whole area was super clean and relaxing, and a real pleasure to be in. I visited a couple of other hotels in the area when I was there, (one was the Heritage that was much more expensive). They didn't compare for location, quality, or for friendliness and helpfulness. Nothing was any trouble for Praia da Ora: Arranging taxis, booking spa treatments, scooter hire, etc etc. I'm really looking forward to returning to Praia da Ora. I've travelled all over the world but my recent stay here was one of the most relaxing and comfortable I've ever had!

Este es nuestro segundo experimento en este hotel. El personal es bienvenido. El entorno es muy agradable. La habitación es limpia y cómoda se siente como casa. El er limpio es diligente y amable. La comida es deliciosa. Nos alegra ver el mismo personal en la sala de cenas de nuevo. Son profesionales y amables.
