El hotel es un hotel/apartamento de presupuesto, por lo que por favor ***age expectations. The staff is friendly and very cooperative will give them 10/10. Breakfast is served and they have a standard menu (no buffet), restaurant is okay but the food is excellent . No tienen internet, está incorrectamente indicado en las instalaciones. Inspeccione su habitación antes de comprobar, tuve que cambiar mi habitación, ya que la primera habitación era muy mala, vacío de baño, habitación inclean, toallas y camas.

Su buen lugar para permanecer .. necesitan mantenimiento adecuado .. bloques ok desde fuera

El hotel es muy antiguo, lo que le da un encanto de vieja escuela. Había muchas familias y viajeros alojados en el complejo. La habitación estaba limpia, ordenada y cómoda. La piscina era estupenda para nadar por la tarde. Toallas y ropa de cama limpias y frescas todos los días. El personal es de lo más servicial. No hay restaurante en el lugar, pero la entrega de comida es fácil. Alquiler de taxis y scooters disponibles. Céntrico y fácil de recorrer. Las playas están muy cerca.

The resort is located at a very convenient distance from Dabolim airport at 2.8 km, but it is at an isolated area of central goa with no option to step out for anything like visiting an eatery or just exploring. This makes it just an ideal stop for a night for tourist coming from long distances in south and north goa to board their flights back home. The resort has maintained its greenery and has independent cottages spread over a vast area. However, it is not meant for senior citizens or persons with disabilities or some other ailments as reaching the cottages involves lot of steps and since it is on a slope, also lot of walking. It is good for families with young children as there is a lot to do around the resort. The owners need to focus on the maintainance of cottages which seem to be rather in neglected shape. Showers, drawers, cupboards, hot water kettle etc. need some serious attention. The main restaurant is located at one corner of the resort, which again makes itdifficult for almost half the occupants as it involves walking and climbing up and down steps from cottages located at the other end. Restaurant closes from 3-4.30pm which means if you check in at 3.05pm and havent had your lunch....you have 2 choices....remain hungry till it re opens or order online from outside...it is allowed to get outside food. There are some awesome views of the ocean and it has 2 swimming pools but unfortunately maintainance is not upto the mark. Definitely with better management this resort could become more than a one night stop.

Food was ok ok. Property, electricity was shutting on & off, though they had invertor backup but it was not so up to date & disturbing as electricity was going frequently. Cleanliness was good. Swimming pool we couldn't use as the timing was till 5pm only. Could appreciate if it can increase the time.
