Sólo de una estancia de dos noches en este hotel y a la llegada fue saludado por el amigable personal y concierge ... Era demasiado pronto para entrar, pero fue a tomar una copa y luego me llamaron para saber que la habitación estaba lista ... los bolsos se dejaron en la habitación, así que no se mantuvo en la habitación - ¡Bagagem! La habitación estaba bien pero sorprendido que la cama era sólo una doble y la puerta de baño era una puerta deslizante así que cuando usted se levantó para ir en medio de la noche la puerta se abrió y la luz del baño se iluminó tan brillante mi compañero se despertó ... Nuestro almuerzo estaba en la grilla y bar que era lindo y el personal no podía hacer lo suficiente para nosotros pero ¿Tienes que poner tantas mesas en que nos estaban colocados con uno de nosotros mirando en una pared que me sentí tan claustrobóbica que pedí otra mesa que no era problema ... This is a beautiful hotel, We had a few small issues with our room not being serviced on the second day of our stay. Also on the third day the bed was made up, but we were left with no towels or water. I had to ask one of the housekeepers on tje corridor for towels. Not what you would expect from a four star hotel . Breakfast was a big let down, the full Irish was like something you would get in a petrol station deli counter. Cheapest of ingredients the bacon and sausage and hash brown were disgusting . This in no way was a four star breakfast. We asked for soft eggs and on both mornings the were like hockey pucks, Also the coffee in the bar is dreadful. An espresso arrived in a tea cup!! I have to say the plus + rooms were fab and spotlessly clean as was the whole hotel. It would rake very little to really make this an amazing hotel I would start with the quality of the breakfast .There were two staff members who were absolutely outstanding and made up for the shortcomings of other departments . Helena and Tony were exemplary They epitomize how things should be done.Without doubt Helena and Tony need to be recognised for their friendliness and being so helpful. Also the night porter on Monday night was top and the young Irish lad behind the bar Probably wouldn't stay again because of the housekeeping and terrible breakfast.

Estaba aquí anoche con amigos. Recibido una bienvenida muy cálida! Todos los miembros del personal son muy amables y útiles. El cuarto de gemelo era pequeño y de fecha, pero no nos molestó porque necesitamos a un lado para tirar la cabeza después de las bebidas. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. No hay nada de fantasía, sino cómodas camas limpias, increíble hospitalidad y el mejor desayuno nunca.
