Das Hotel verdient eigentlich noch mehr Punkte, alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und so durchdacht. Die Zimmer sind mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, ein großes Bad halb im freien, ein bequemes Bett, die Möglichkeit Kaffee und Tee zuzubereiten., Wasser kann jederzeit aufgefüllt werden. Das Frühstück wirklich phantastisch und auch das Essen in der Rooftopbar sehr sehr gut. Der Pool groß genug um seine Runden dort zu drehen. Nicht weit einer der schönsten Strände von Lombok. Hatte das Glück dass die Wasserbüffel den Strand entlang gingen. Die Eigentümer so hilfsbereit haben mir umsonst ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung gestellt. Ja und das Team, habe selten so ein fleißiges, freundliches hilfsbereites Team angetroffen. Du hast deinen Wunsch noch nicht ausgesprochen und schon wurde er erfüllt. Kann jedem empfehlen wenn ihr dort seit geht in dieses wunderschöne Hotel

The reception staff are lovely and very friendly. Goowan (incorrect spelling, sorry) was very attentive. The room was excellent, very clean and well furnished. The night staff and grounds caretakers are also very friendly and work hard keep the place clean and well manicured. The food the restaurant serve is very good, but the menu is limited. We ate in the restaurant almost every evening, as we didn't realise there was other restaurants close by until the end of trip. Klub Kembali is 500metre away and serves fantastic food, cocktails and wine. The breakfast is good too and cooked to order, but similar to the all day menu, which ends at 9pm. The staff finish at 10pm but they will let you sit in the restaurant to relax or play chess. The staff are friendly but sometimes it was difficult to place an order. Sometimes it felt like we were bothering them. Tipping didn't change this. We had some lovely chats with the young a gentleman who served us sometimes. A main reason why we booked this hotel was for the very long pool to swim lengths, (maybe just under 25metres) which was great. You have to pick your time though because the water would smell a little off, as the day went on. Also this is child friendly hotel and the children were well behaved. There was no fridge in room and there seemed to be shortage of ice. We needed ice to keep lotions to bathe severe surfing sunburn. They did supply us with ice bucket but I think we had the only ice bucket.

Ok, las fotos engañan, este lugar está a 800 m de la playa. Teníamos un servicio de transporte gratuito para compensarlo. Es un desarrollo completamente nuevo, estábamos confundidos en cuanto a cuál era la intención, tiempo compartido fallido, desarrollo de unidades o resort... es decir, no hay recepción. El personal es muy consciente de esto y hace todo lo posible para brindar un excelente servicio. ¡Me quedaría aquí antes que Kuta! Las villas son espaciosas y están bien equipadas, ¡una excelente inversión! Muy adecuado para parejas que viajan juntas. Hay su club de playa a la izquierda al llegar a la playa, evítalo yendo directamente al resort y disfruta de la puesta de sol. Por cierto, las vacas en la playa no aparecen a diario, no pudimos saber cuándo aparecen.

ZamZam is a fantastic value! The hotel is simple and straightforward, but super comfortable. Selong Belanak beach is a bit further than I expected taking about 10 minutes to walk there from the hotel, but I rented a scooter easily enough to get around to some of the big surf breaks. I really enjoyed surfing at Serana and Mawi, which are both short and beautiful drives from the hotel. Tello the hotel manager is a super friendly, funny, and helpful man! His wife cooks delicious food as well! I liked it so much at ZamZam that I extended my original two nights and ended up staying eight nights in total!

The staff could not be more helpful, superb service and arranged a fabulius driver for our day trip, booked spa treatments and airport transfers for us. Unfortunate that the facilities let them down, but for some I am sure being so at one with nature might be OK. Too rustic for my tastes. The accommodation has been spruced up after a long COVID closure, but has peeling paint and is tired in places. The shower had hot water 50% of the time but the water struggled to drain in my outdoor shower. The thatched roof looked lovely but my bed was covered in small bits of black at the end of every day and some large insects roamed through the space during my stay. The pool and outdoor area is nice, but not so you would stay poolside for a day. Restaurant is OK, for the reasonable price but is nothing special. Easy walking distance to the wonderful beach and nearby restaurants and bars.

Nos hemos vuelto de este maravilloso lugar. Nos quedamos 7 días pero podíamos quedarse fácilmente mucho más. Nuestro cuarto, el personal, la comida estaba absolutamente increíble. Oh, lo siento, los propietarios también eran muy amables, útiles y muy conocidos. Tenemos desayuno todos los días, que era hermoso. Mi favorito personal era el muesli. La cena era un placer. Creo que mi favorito era el hamburguesa o el curry verde. Todo el alimento era muy bueno. Nos contratamos un scooter para que nos quedara a Kuta para ver la moto gp. El viaje que duró aproximadamente 30 minutos, probablemente fue nuestra parte más divertida. La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, pero la habitación era muy buena. Ya hemos empezado a jugar nuestro próximo viaje.
