Estabamos en el bloque estable, en el primer piso. No he oído nunca escaleras y corredores tan ruidosos para acceder a la habitación. En la habitación, que es justo, aunque pequeño, era cómodo - pero los planches eran los más ruidosos que he experimentado. Siento que alguien en la habitación debajo de nosotros, tiene que escuchar ese raquete cada vez que nos mudamos alrededor de la habitación. Nos molestaron los invitados que llegaron muy tarde - no porque fueran altos, sino porque el ruido de ellos caminando por las escaleras y por el pasillo a su habitación. Nos quedamos cuando el tiempo era muy caliente, y aunque la habitación ofrecía un fan, que era pensable, era un fan de escritorio pequeño, y completamente inadecuado para la habitación. El plug en el baño había perdido su sellado de goma, por lo que no podía lavar/barbar con un bowling de agua. Las piñas eran gruesas y muy incómodas para dormir. El Elms es un agradable hotel, y el personal era muy agradable. Pero no podría recomendar a nadie quedarse allí, al menos hasta que se aborden las cuestiones de mantenimiento.
