El diseño general del hotel es muy sencillo y interesante, el color de Morandy es estético, la habitación es realmente más mini, pero tiene un sentido de diseño y hay muchas ideas personalizadas. El último día, a las cinco horas, se iba a Milán, pero el desayuno estaba medio abierto, con café y café barato, y era muy oportuno conducir a largo plazo. Habitaciones limpias y espaciosas como siempre, sin embargo el aparcamiento es muy caro, cuenta 14€ por día, de lo contrario tendrás que aparcar cerca... si encuentras plazas libres y disponibles (lo que puede resultar complicado). En cuanto a los empleados, mención especial a Gabriel que siempre es muy extrovertido y agradable 👌🏻, en cambio los demás claramente no desprenden alegría de vivir y simpatía lamentablemente.. 🤔

Precio/prestación no está bien, demasiado caro para lo que se ofrece. Un hotel muy atraído a los años. Habitación pequeña, con tapice de cama vieja, calidad de cama muffy, sin balcón, baño de plástico viejo con ducha, disposición general no 4 estrellas justo. Servicio de recepción no orientado al cliente y rápido. Lamentablemente, habitaciones mal aisladas, se oye vecinos y ascensor. Sólo el desayuno está bien y la ubicación es ideal para el aeropuerto y el centro comercial CAP 3000. La playa está cerca. Para ir a la ciudad se necesita aproximadamente 25 minutos. El precio que se paga aquí durante el verano es, en nuestra opinión, demasiado caro y no vale la pena.

The staff are all amazing so kind. Daily cleaning happens and freedom to go as and when just drop key in when going out and collect when come back. Great for families, breakfast is served daily for a reasonable €9 each and also mini with selection of alcohol and non alcoholic drinks and snacks deposit of €40 is taken for that on arrival. They have some English understanding. Walking distance to cap3000 shopping centre, beach and numerous food and shopping outlets. Private balconies for many and also ac is the great on hot days to come back to a cold room. I highly recommend this property and will be returning 🥰

I am currently staying a that the Holiday Inn Nice in order to make an early flight tomorrow. I chose this location for one night only for the convenience to the airport. However, as a self-proclaimed 4-star resort, I am very, very disappointed. I arrived at 1430 (check in is at 1500) and was told my room was not ready. Fine, I am early. I am happy to wait for 30 minutes. The front desk agent told me he would call me when it’s ready if I wanted to enjoy the area. I agreed. However, at 1600, no call so I decided to walk back. As I enter I see the agent leaving the hotel in street clothes—no call. I asked the new agent about my room and he had no idea he was to call me. He called housekeeping to verify if my room was ready and again, STILL not ready! I was asked to wait in the lobby until it was ready. If check in is at 1500, the room should be ready at 1500. I received no apology for their error. I reserved a Premium Queen Seaview at a cost of 400 Euros/night. The room is frankly gross. There are long hairs in the shower (I’m bald—not me!), mold growing around the tub, stains on the walls, and stains on the furnishings. I wish I could find a more profound way of describing the hotel other than gross, but I cannot. See my attached photos of the actual room. The lobby is deceiving. You walk into a remodeled, modern space and think , “nice, this will be a good stay.” But beware, as soon as you enter your room, it all goes downhill. Not only is the room gross, but there is not a coffee maker in the room, the shower products are empty, and they do not provide any lotion. Additionally for a 4-star resort, I would expect something more than paper cups in the room (glass cups and a wine opener, perhaps?). The hotel markets having a free airport shuttle. However, the shuttle does not run convenient to flight departures, so I have to pay 40 euros for a 4 minute ride to the airport. Again, disappointing. Lastly, the hotel provides free access to the Bay Star Beach Club (owned by the hotel it seems). I was excited to check out the beach on my last night in France. However, the beach club is very small with extremely dated (and dirty) furniture. Smoking was supposedly not allowed, but guests were smoking everywhere and staff did not interject. The provided towels have holes and are stained. It was very unpleasant. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel is ANYONE! There are many more hotels by the airport at 50% less cost. Avoid at all costs!

We stayed at The Heliotel Marine for the month of October in an apartment that was quite spacious, and is ideal for families as there were bunk beds in the alcove, plus two sofa beds plus our double bedroom. Our unit did need updating, but we saw many on our floor were being painted. Valentina, Sandra and Nicolas at the front desk were quite helpful, even with the language difference. Wifi was sporadic in the room, but great outside in the hallway. Our favourite part of the unit was the awesome balcony which had an awning for sun or rain, and we enjoyed daily. When we left the parking area, the sea was just across the street as well the tourist information centre. The laundry facilities were updated with new machines, the newer elevators worked flawlessly, and the grounds held many trees and flowing plants to enjoy. Great stay!

No estaba claro si podíamos caminar fácilmente desde este hotel cuando lo reservaba. Claro que puedes ver que la distancia está cerca, pero a veces significa una autopista entre la distancia y un pesadilla. La caminar al aeropuerto es totalmente fácil. El camino es seguro y no está lejos. Si no quieres caminar, el tranvía se levanta justo delante del hotel. Teníamos un vuelo temprano por lo que necesitamos caminar. El hotel también era muy agradable. Creo que es de marca nueva. Teníamos algunas cuestiones de WiFi. Era muy esporádico. No estuvimos en la habitación mucho tiempo, por lo que no fue crítico.

El hotel es muy bien precio y conveniente para el aeropuerto. Comparado a los antiguos hoteles del aeropuerto es un millón de veces mejor! Dos desventajas; Para una Plaza de la Corona, el gimnasio es pequeño y carece de pesos gratuitos. Pero todo el equipo es nuevo Uno de los aspectos que realmente no puedo conseguir es que no hay ninguna oferta de televisión inglesa. La mayoría de los hoteles de este tipo ofrecerían la BBC, SKY y CNN como mínimo. Aunque no es un problema masivo, es bastante molesto.

Hotel de aeropuerto perfecto, con un escritorio abierto las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana atendido por un personal amable, que opera el modelo club (amplio salón en el octavo piso con bebidas sin alcohol y refrigerios de cortesía, y un bar). Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero están distribuidas de manera eficiente y desde el hotel hay (literalmente) 5 minutos a pie hasta la terminal 1. Si vuela desde la terminal 2 (15 minutos a pie), también puede tomar el tranvía (gratis desde y hacia el aeropuerto), que tiene una parada a la vuelta de la esquina. El hotel también está a cinco minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Niza St. Augustin, lo que lo hace conveniente para viajar a (por ejemplo) el centro de Niza, Mónaco o la playa de Villefranche. No lo recomendaría necesariamente para estadías más largas, dado el tamaño de la habitación, a menos que sea del tipo que disfruta de actividades al aire libre.
