Je suis arrivé vers 23h-00h et, l'accueil étant fermé, j'ai utilisé une borne pour récupérer ma chambre. Cependant, mon numéro de réservation via Booking (4054338756, code confidentiel : 8113) ne fonctionnait pas. Malgré mes tentatives, le numéro d'urgence affiché sur la porte était également non fonctionnel après plusieurs essais. J'ai donc dû payer une nuit supplémentaire via la borne pour accéder à ma chambre, ce qui a étrangement fonctionné. J'ai demandé un remboursement pour la nuit payée en double, mais la responsable Laurence m'a refusé cela en me qualifiant de désagréable, suite à ma remarque sur l'hygiène de la chambre qui sentait les égouts. Je trouve difficilement compréhensible le refus de remboursement pour une chambre à 70€ de présentant des problèmes d'hygiène. De plus, je vous invite à consulter les avis précédents sur Google, Booking et TripAdvisor qui soulignent également ces problèmes d'hygiène. En définitive, j'ai payé 140€ au lieu de 70€ pour ma nuit du 18 octobre. Je compte remonter ces informations au groupe Kyriad. Je ne recommande absolument pas de séjourner au Enzo Hôtels. Pour 70€, vous trouverez un confort et un respect bien meilleur dans d'autres établissements tels que les Ibis ou autres.
