Hogar muy agradable, habitación limpia y acogedora aunque pequeña, el rincón de la sanidad es un rincón de la cabina con el 2o día de las subidas malodorantes muy perturbadoras la noche puede ser debido a un problema de flujo tras las duchas de la noche. No hay clima y difícil dormir con las ventanas abiertas debido al ruido de los fiestas y de los camiones de entrega o de los desperdicios ya 6h. Es una lástima porque la lectura es muy correcta y muy positivo también para el desayuno muy copiado y servido con sonrisa en terraza

____________________ LA SITUATION GÉOGRAPHIQUE ---------- Excellente situation, à proximité du centre ville (6 minutes à pied, avec son église et son marché) et du port (3 minutes à pied). Donc forcément toutes les attractions de Royan se font facilement à pied et de nombreux commerces et restaurants proches de l'hôtel, notamment vers le port du coup. ____________________ L'HOTEL ET L'ACCUEIL ---------- Hôtel Logis très sympathique, moderne avec un thème marin, bien entretenu, avec un très bon accueil. Hôtel divisé en plusieurs bâtiments avec au centre la partie petit déjeuner, et on profite d'une très belle partie terrasse/jardin où on peut se poser. ____________________ LA CHAMBRE ---------- Chambre spacieuse et propre avec repose bagages, rangements, bureau et TV. Literie propre et confortable, aucun souci, et la chambre est climatisée. Côté salle de bain, un peu petite mais propre, produits, serviettes et sèche cheveux sont fournis. Petit bémol pour l'insonorisation, car si le quartier est calme, on entend très facilement le couloir et surtout très distinctement les canalisations de douche/WC de tous les voisins, dommage. ____________________ LA RESTAURATION ---------- Le service de petit déjeuner est proposé sous forme de buffet sucré/salé, bonne variété avec par exemple des viennoiseries, charcuterie, du pain, confiture artisanale, boissons. On apprécie également les gatêaux faits maison avec une bonne odeur dans l'hôtel la veille lors de la préparation. ____________________ RAPPORT QUALITE/PRIX ET LES SERVICES ---------- Un très bon prix au vu des prestations et de la situation. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de parking privé mais il y a de nombreuses places de parking gratuites dans la rue ou parking public gratuit, il n'y aura aucun problème, même en haute saison. Le wifi est gratuit et fonctionne bien. ____________________ EN RÉSUMÉ ---------- Très bon hôtel Logis, bien tenu et au personnel sympathique. Chambre climatisée et salle de bain propres, dommage pour l'insonorisation moyenne. Très bon rapport qualité/situation/prix avec toutes les attractions de Royan à quelques minutes à pied. Petit déjeuner buffet au top, gâteaux maison. Pas de parking mais nombreuses places publiques gratuites à proximité. A sélectionner.
