Rooms hot and poorly ventilated. We We’re pleased it wasn’t summer! The bed was comfortable and linen clean and fresh. Bathroom was ok, but so small I could barely fit into it. Little room between sink and door. One smallish towel was provided per person and one of our towels had a hole in it. The toilet seat was awful. Neither the lid or the seat would stay up. Really awkward for males. Not even plastic glasses were provided in the room, so you couldn’t have a drink of water. Bar was ok but very expensive. Restaurant is a shipping container in the back yard. No doubt very cool and all that but its facilities were meagre. We ordered 2 pizzas and were warned it could be a 50 minute wait. We decided that was just about acceptable. However it took 1.5 hours to deliver our order! It might be funky and all that but it was very, very slow. In fact really poor. Staff friendly, with good English spoken throughout. Parking plentiful and it felt secure. The hotel is too far from the city centre to be convenient. We walked in twice and whilst quite a pleasant walk it is about 40 minutes. There were no shops or restaurants within easy walking distance. It wasn’t exactly cheap but OK. Overall average.

Nos quedamos en este hotel dos veces: en diciembre de 2022 y en febrero de 2024. La ubicación es muy agradable, pero no se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, pero se puede llegar de este hotel a la ciudad muy rápidamente. El hotel es relativamente nuevo (creo que cuando estuvimos allí en 2022, se abrió), por lo que la mayoría de las cosas siguen en una forma muy decente. El tamaño de las habitaciones es también grande por las normas francesas, y las habitaciones están bastante bien equipadas. Las únicas dos críticas que podríamos ofrecer son sustituir las tazas de papel con tazas de porcelana en la habitación (si es posible) y asegurarse de que se rellene el jabón (tenemos una botella de relleno en la recepción, La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, pero sería mucho menos molesto si el hotel lo hubiera puesto adelantado. No hemos probado ningún desayuno en este hotel, como en ambas ocasiones habíamos planeado desayunos con amigos, sin embargo, juzgar por el precio y la apariencia de él como pasamos, sería un buen valor.

A characterful old building with secure courtyard parking, in a residential area, twenty minutes walk to the City Centre. The history of the building is on show as soon as you enter the lobby with ornate lift to complement the look. The rooms have a loft warehouse feel with sturdy room doors. The indoor restaurant feels as though it was taken from a French period drama and was wonderful. With a pleasant seating area outside to the rear hidden by the front façade this really is a little gem. Liile centre has all of the beauty one can imagine of a French city. The cobbled streets and dramatic architecture a feast for your eyes. I liked it.

Las habitaciones son espaciosas, confortables y limpias, un buffet de desayuno muy amplio y bueno. ;; por el contrario, es bastante caro. Un proceso ecológico y alentador de la casa de habitaciones: si se pide que la habitación se haga sin sustituir las cucharas y los toallas, se puede beber gratis en el bar. El restaurante tiene un mapa reducido que cambia cada semana con bbq en terraza... puede ser un poco demasiado de fritas, pero estamos en el norte. La piscina era indisponible el primer día debido a las lluvias que la habían hecho verde, pero se resolvió.

La ubicación es muy buena para las personas que quieren visitar Lille. El albergue es muy limpio y el servicio es excelente. Un buen lugar que corren las personas amigas. El desayuno es increíble por las normas del albergue cuando se obtiene pan, queso, ham, aceitunas, yogur, cereales, bebida caliente y zumo de naranja. También se están realizando algunas actividades/ateliers comunitarios, pero no han experimentado estas actividades.

Huge Airport /Business Hotel Some of the rooms are newly renovated, but the unrenovated rooms are also OK. Unfortunately the new shower trays are very slippery. Very friendly staff at the reception deskI had to change the room as they neddeded it to renovate, unfortunately thsi was communicated early in the morning only, but they appologiesd for the late info with an sweet gift., so all good Location is outside of City so you need a car

C'est une maison d'hôtes très bien entretenue et en plein cœur de Lille. Je recommande si vous voulez changer d'un hôtel classique.
