Fácil parada sobre el personal amigable y excepto los perros por un pequeño costo Las habitaciones sencillas con un parque de coches barato, limpio y a tiempo, seguro, ideal para parada y no quieres sacar todo. La recepción 24 horas está equipada por un personal muy amable y útil que hablaba ex inglés excepcional , siempre un bono como nuestra escuela de francés es vergonzoso. El desayuno fue 7,50 y una agradable selección simple pastelería de huevos, etc. Todo en un gran lugar en las afueras justo lo que buscabamos y el personal amigable hace la diferencia

Stayed here overnight on the way back to Channel Tunnel at the end of a 16 night road trip. The last of 5 hotels we stayed in it met our expectations in most respects. Well located. Parking directly underneath the hotel (public car park) with a lift straight to reception.(Parking Europe). Thoughtfully planned room and bathroom (full length mirror, quiet air con, fridge, water). Very clean and quiet (despite our room overlooking the station). Polite and efficient reception and bar staff with reasonable bar prices and a nice little outside terrace to have drinks on. The only negative was the included breakfast. We arrived at the breakfast room at 8.30th to find every table covered unused plates/mugs etc with chairs and tables randomly scattered. This wouldn’t have been an issue if there had been any staff hurriedly dealing with the mess (which we thought had maybe been caused by a coach party eating and leaving together?) but it was a full 20 minutes before the staff even noticed (despite there being 2 members of staff on duty). Items were slow to be replenished and all the honey and jam dispensers were empty. When the tables were finally cleared, it was by means of a large catering trolley with attached bin bag being pushed round the dining room, which we found quite intrusive. The actual breakfast offering was lovely - fresh orange juice, delicious yogurt and a great selection of pastries/ cereal etc, it’s just a pity about the ambiance, and lack of customer care shown by the breakfast attendants - perhaps they were just having a bad day? Despite the above we would happily return to this hotel if we visit Arras again.

We received the most friendly Welcome from the 2 Hotel Receptionists who also greeted our little dog very lovingly, then presented her with a dog biscuit in a little gift bag. We were then given a free upgrade. We found Our room was large, modern, very clean, several complimentary drinks in their fridge. Everything worked such as shower, safety deposit box, iron, TV. Faultless !! Breakfast was impressive with a vast choice of food & hot & cold drinks in a large spacious room. Our dog once again Welcome in this extremely Dog Friendly hotel. We loved our 1 night stay here and would highly recommend to Others. Once again the Receptionists made our visit special after a very long journey they were like a breath of fresh air, so thoughtful helpful and spoke excellent English.

Right in the centre of Arras, nice, modern hotel, super as a base for exploring the area. The rooms are good and clean en-suites with super comfy bed! Breakfast was continental style but scrambled egg, chicken sausages and bacon were there, plus the usual bread, croissants and toasting bread, cheese, ham , fruit salad, tea and coffee! Very substantial!! Staff were very friendly, spoke good English!! Was originally an Ibis, Overall, we were very pleased. Not too expensive either! No parking at the hotel, but plenty of parking in the underground parking in Grand Place, literally a two minute walk away! If you’re lucky there is sometimes on street parking too.

Haber visto mejores hoteles F1, porque puedes convertir por un decenio p.p aquí es mi opinión media. Porque lo que puedes esperar de aquí ahora. De hecho, no mucho así .... Un cuarto no super limpio, una cama mala, ubicación remota.
