A hotel of a disrespectful level to host people! I arrived with a group, the elevators did not work, the rooms on the 5th floor are on a level that does not respect a hostel - old, no fans, old and moldy shower, broken/disintegrating shower head, very weak water flow, clogging in sinks, corridor with old and not clean carpet. In some rooms the air conditioning did not work. Breakfast is served in a dining room for groups in an unpleasant way - the room is not ventilated, not air-conditioned, served in a way that does not respect a hotel. All the rooms on the side facing the pool are full of mosquitoes! The hotel staff is very nice and helpful but cannot help in solving problems. The hotel needs a very serious refresh and renovation!! I will not go there again!

El entorno circundante es bastante conveniente. Después de todo, el precio está aquí. Se puede decir que vale la pena el dinero. The service of the night is great! Staff are very professional! And the food is so DELICIOUS! In general all the staff are amazing and professional, feeling like a 4 stars hotel! Le service du dîner est super ! Petit coup de cœur pour Dzena et pour la directrice de l’établissement qui nous ont offert un service très professionnels! Le menu du soir est très très bon! Un régal! Délicieux! Bravo au chef !

Hotel muy bien ubicado para lo que teníamos que hacer! Excelente ropa de cama, aunque desagradable olor a humo en la habitación y toallas sucias (marcas marrones en una de las toallas 😱), desayuno perfecto, mucha variedad.

Personal atento y receptivo, un servicio de seguridad eficiente, que incluye filtrado de entradas de vehículos al recinto del hotel, a cualquier hora del día o de la noche, por parte de un guardia en una cabina en la barrera y patrullas en el estacionamiento. Tenía frío en la habitación y el anfitrión no dudó en darme un calentador adicional.

Originally booked 2 rooms for 3 people. When we arrived the group on infront were being told that their pre-paid stay did not exist and they were forced to pay for a second time to check in. This was through *********** I had made our booking directly through the parent company. We were then told only 1 room of 2 could accommodate 3 people and that all other 3 people rooms were sold out. The receptionist was insistent that I have booked the second room for 2. However my company letter headed confirmation clearly showed I was correct. The solution? Forced to purchase a third room on the day. It seems that this may well be a strategy to sell empty rooms. The key pad entry system to rooms seems to work by chance. The shared shower and toilets are filthy. You cannot wash your hands in the toilets and have to return to you room to do so. Had check in not take over an hour to resolve and had the receptionist not been as rude and ignorant as she was the perhaps this place would be worth 2 stars but basic plus unhygienic plus poor customer service plus a potential scam mean the lowest score possible. Also the place is surrounded by fences like a prison with security of a night. That can be seen as a positive in one way or on another you ask why such levels are needed.

Decent stay. I arrived at the same time a tour bus arrived and despite being ALL Platinum, had to wait for that group to check in first. (Feedback to management: I believe ALL Gold and above do get precedence - neutral). Pro tip: if you arrive anytime past 7pm by metro RER, forget being able to walk to the hotel. (More on that below). When I did arrive at the check-in desk, the staff were very kind and sympathetic, and I appreciate them offering me an additional beverage from the canteen on top of my welcome beverage which would be served during operational hours at the restaurant. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed at the time of my check-in. (Neutral). Room itself is fine, a little bit rundown, but everything works and it is quiet. Check out was also smooth and throughout my stay, staff were kind, friendly and affable. For guests arriving in the evening, it is good to be mindful that the convention center and exposition that provides easy access to the hotel is closed from 7:30 PM onwards. In order to reach the hotel, I walked several kilometers on a busy highway. Total walking time almost 40 minutes. In conclusion, I don’t believe that this is an ideal hotel, unless you have a vehicle for point-to-point transportation. In that respect, I also believe that the price point is a little bit high for what this product is. (-1 point) I would certainly book a different hotel if I was to come back to this area again. Something in proximity to the station and/or services. Plus point: the menu at the Boucherie Restaurant looked delectable.
