Don't get me wrong, this hotel is absolutely beautiful. Whoever designed it deserves lots of praise. It's so beautiful that you wouldn't think that someone could ruin it, but somehow they managed to find that person. The management runs the place like it's some sort of pay-by-the hour hotel, treating you like you're a potential criminal and charging you for towels. I don't think I've had to pay for a towel since my backpacking days many years ago. Even hostels have stopped charging for towels. We extended for a 3rd night (we hadn't yet had to deal with many of the staff at this point) so I requested a new set of towels for myself and my family and they wanted 20 Euros! For 4 bath towels and two hand towels! And keep in mind, their towels and incredibly thin. I can't think of a hotel or even a hostel that I've stayed at where they provided their guests with such flimsy towels. I'm sure that they buy these towels in bulk and probably cost about 1 Euro each, yet they wanted 20 Euros for me to borrow them. This after spending 600 Euros on the room, 300 Euros at their restaurant for dinner and 37 euros to use their pool. (Yes, they even charge you to use their pool). Then on our last morning there, we decided to try their buffet breakfast, which wasn't cheap, which is fine, but every single time that I went to get a plate of food or a glass of orange juice an employee would chase me down to see if I really belonged there. I mean, do they really have a problem with Americans driving 30 km from the nearest city to the very end of a road in the middle of nowhere at 9 am to try to sneak a free breakfast? So, I'm not saying to not stay here. I'll even stay here again the next time we're visiting our relatives (if they let me after writing this review). It is very clean and very charming. I just think that management should visit some other hotels to see how they operate. But next time I'll bring my own nice fluffy towels.

Stay was very comfortable, staff is very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast and buffet were fresh and versatile. Special Tipp: extraordinary good fish buffett for silvester gala. Professional fireworks with music.

Cuando la ”primera casa en el lugar” probablemente la ubicación merecería más cuidado , especialmente las instalaciones exteriores y más tratamientos. Teníamos una gran habitación en la casa principal con hermosas obras de atracción. La cama era super, el dispositivo es coherente a útil.La limpieza está bien.Pero no hay ningún sabón en el baño y no hay productos cosméticos (sólo donantes) es delicado. La recepcionista estaba bien atravesada, pero no necesariamente debía subrayar 2 veces al check-in que estaba en realidad despedida a las 14:45.El desayuno y el espacio en el sótano estaban bien, o el precio y el rendimiento estaban bien. La casa merece más esfuerzo y más personal.El potencial está presente si los huéspedes lo aprecian lo que no puedo juzgar.

El personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones renovadas son estándar B y B. Actualmente se renovan allí. Seguro que será hermoso. Venga de nuevo.

Hoteles como siempre excelentes, habitaciones muy limpias, servicio, muy bien al desayuno y bastante amigable. Hotel es recomendable. Pequeño desventaja: cuando hay viajeros de autobús, es muy ruido por la mañana, justo al desayuno.
