«Mi experiencia con la reserva de este hotel ha sido horrible,puesto que reserve un tipo de habitación estándar y al llegar a recepción del hotel ,me asignaron la habitación de la sección economica que se encuentra a dos calles de las instalaciones del hotel starfish cuatro palmas ,son como unos alojamientos a parte del hotel principal ,decepcionante ,en el hotel en Cuba me dicen que en trip.com donde hice la reserva ,no son muy explícitos a la hora de hacer la reserva ,no te dan todos los detalles ,la puerta de la habitación que conlleva al balcón ,tenía problemas al cerrar ,nos teníamos que desplazar casi dos calles para ir al hotel ,donde estaba los restaurant ,piscina y demás servicios ,horrible la experiencia»
