El hotel es realmente bueno, el entorno es bueno, hay un lago alrededor, el aire se levanta por la mañana y camina muy fresco! El servicio del servidor es muy entusiasta. Aunque es un hotel de cuatro estrellas, el precio es razonable y justo, el precio es muy alto! ¡Muy bueno para un viaje 😊😊😊

前台辦理業務快捷，房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，全屋智能，停車非常方便，有小孩需要增加拖鞋和浴巾，客房大姐及時輸送且熱情有禮貌。早餐品種多樣化，還有小童餐具，非常暖心。非常值得推薦的酒店！！

入住當天快11點了，前台給安排好預訂的房間後，直接就去房間了。我入住酒店有一個習慣，就是檢查應急設施和衞生。
設施：首先在房間內沒有找到應急手電，衞生間和淋浴間沒有掛衣服和放浴巾的掛鈎或者地方，衹能去洗漱台拿取，距離大概2米半，進出淋浴間會冷熱交替，地板磚很涼，容易感冒。再就是淋浴間放置洗髮露沐浴露的架子，拼夕夕塑料質感，使用過程容易脱落，因為在洗澡，所以沒拍照。其他設定正常，有空氣凈化器，驅蚊器（沒有更換）。
衞生：沒有應急手電，我就用手機電筒檢查了一下床品和沙發，床上有幾處毛髮，基本都在床單被罩上，枕頭是乾淨的，因為很晚了就沒讓前台更換房間。
服務：中午12點半後，兩次接到前台催促退房的電話，這是我第一次遇到這種情況，第一次告知後，已經反饋給酒店我不續住，按時退房。1點半多在我洗漱的時候，房間電話又響了，接聽後，竟然還是詢問是否續住。前台都不記錄的嗎？是一個人打兩次，還是兩個人分別不知情繼續打擾客人？
退房後前廳經理了解後，承諾會和管理層溝通。後期也接到了回訪電話。總之希望麗楓酒店越來越好。
