Tu alojamiento en Moama

Was quite excited to be coming here for a night for a couples get away. Upon “trying to” enter the room the door lock was broken and this took us a few minutes to figure out, we almost called the front desk - but got there! Upon entering it was pretty nice, but not as great as a “presidential suite” should be! Other than the steps to the spa I’m assuming all other rooms are the same just cheaper? The bed was quite comfortable, however heater was too hot, then turned off it got cold quickly. Nice thought with the gas log fire though but no way to turn it up or down. Unfortunately the fridge didn’t keep our food or drinks cold :-/ … we went to the Roman baths and the floors were saturated, however they were good. We did want to have a massage pampering session but we’re told they were fully booked out to people (that weren’t even staying a night)? Um… ok but what about your overnight guests? Those that pay to come here for that experience? Not really good enough isn’t that the point? They’ve obviously outsourced their massage and pampering services to people who aren’t guests at the hotel to make some extra $ cause they have a few things here to fix up! On the outside and upon first coming it’s lovely and exciting but you quickly realise that it’s not what it seems. An adults only “retreat” yea but no food, no room service, no restaurant even though it states that it has one! And we noticed a big “for sale” sign on the front gate - so that explains a lot! We would come again, $299 was a good price to pay for a “presidential suite” or their version of one anyway! Bath bombs and champagne was “complimentary” BUT the candle isn’t!!! It’s $35!!! Doesn’t have a scent (we couldn’t smell it anyway) and is mixed in with the “complimentary” items??? Deceiving much! Overall had a nice time but disappointed there’s not accommodations like appointments saved and offered to guests for spa treatments, room service or even a continental breakfast? Would probably come again IF it sells and the new owners vamp the place up cause it’s just an old icon wasting away with the “impression” that it’s an adults only full spa resort experience when it’s not.

La ubicación es tan fácil de encontrar y es fácil de caminar a cualquier lugar de Moama. El exterior parece muy atractivo.. , y las primeras impresiones fueron buenas. El diseño de las habitaciones fue como se esperaba ...clean y limpio. Hay una pequeña cocina dentro. Un spa en el baño. Así que ¿qué atrae y qué no??? Llena ✅ Situación ✅ Presión de ducha ✅ Kitchenette ❎ Matrix y bañeras ❎ La presión de ducha fue grande ... el spa fue un buen tamaño. La cocina ... interesante! Me han servido desayunos que se quemaron porque no comprobé el ajuste en un tostador, suponiendo que no se quemaría ... y por supuesto el alarma de humo se desactivó porque se quemó bastante oscuro. La cama ... Bueno el lino era razonable, pero la matriz era bastante firme y las pijamas eran ordinarias. La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable.

Muy bien para quedarse con su familia por un paseo, un montón de instalaciones para niños.
