I booked this hotel for my elderly grandparents. The service was beyond terrible. There is no staff on site and you need to rely on a pin number that they give you. Turns out our pin number didnt work and I had o find them another hotel. When contacted, the staff and particularly the manager of the hotel were rude and accused us of lying. They stated the room was entered at 1730 (impossible as my grandparents were with me enjoying dinner), they also stated that house keeping said the room was used. I was forced to book another room at another hotel. The incredibly rude manager I spoke to in person refused to hear my side of the story and said that my grand parents were the only ones to get the pin, which is clearly not true. After multiple promises to call me back, they never did. Absolutely pathetic. They have essentially taken advantage of elderly pensioners. Stay well clear.

This property is not to standard. The shower floods the entire bathroom with every shower, and after days of promising to fix it - I have given up asking. Apparently everyone has been on holiday for 4 days - and their promises are seemingly empty. The rooms are reasonably nice but missing some touches like mirror and ample space to hang towels - small things, but it makes a difference for a 5 day stay. I was asked or $40 for a sheet for the sofa bed on a reservation for 3 people. I requested to transfer to another property and was declined, even though I was ready to pay more. I won't be staying again. Very disappointing for a Christmas time stay.

Como era un fin de semana, eso significaba que su restaurante estaba cerrado, que no planteaba problemas como en el hogar hay la Pantry, una zona que tiene una selección limitada de artículos que van desde comidas congeladas, hasta chips y chocolates. La microonda era un poco difícil de operar, pero una vez que lo atrapé, tuvimos una cena tranquila y nos sentamos en la noche. Una vez que los artículos fueron traídos a la mesa, me di cuenta de que los panqueques estaban casi submersos en jarabe de mamífero!!! Pensé que iba a ser traído un pequeño jugo de jarabe para añadir como deseé, pero para tenerlos ”nadar” en jarabe ... no es un buen aspecto!. La boca de Granola era bastante sabrosa con yogur y fruta encima. Cuando nos quedamos, presentamos nuestros bonos, El hotel está muy bien situado, la habitación está muy cerca, las camas están muy cerca, el baño es amplio, pero el ducha tiene un panel de vidrio que cubre sólo la mitad. de la ducha tendrás que mantenerla dentro de esa mitad o el riesgo de inundación del baño .. El hotel es bastante agradable, pero vamos a quedarnos aquí otra vez? Más que probable no, no hay ningún error del hotel o del personal ... sólo no nuestro estilo ...

Days 10 and 11 of our 20-day trip and we were returning to Jamala after an absence of 8 years. On that earlier trip, the place had been open for a year and a bit and was in the middle of development and expansion. Then, we'd aimed for the lions but were allocated the big bear. I stayed in the cheetah room the first night which included a session the following day for just the two of us (patting and feeding) and she stayed in the bear room. Second night, we moved to the giraffe room. It was a great stay and the huge bear was the highlight. Sadly, the bear died a while later and that room is now one of the two tiger rooms. We were very keen to return and see if we could stay with the lions this time. The deal is that they won't guarantee that you'll get what you ask for so, this time, I rang in mid-July for an early November stay. I advised that we'd really like to stay with the lions and the tigers on a 2-night visit and was told that it couldn't be guaranteed. However, they advised that, because nobody had booked for our dates yet, they would note our booking for the lions and tigers as ”First request” but, still, with no guarantees. The day before we were due to arrive, we received an email advising that we'd been allocated the tigers and we were delighted but a little disappointed that we'd missed out on the lions. However, next morning, we received another email advising that we'd been allocated the lions for our second night. Wow, major excitement ! Whilst you're invited to arrive for welcome and afternoon tea from 1pm, you can arrive earlier, drop your luggage at the lodge and wander around the zoo. So, we did. The first tour for new guests starts at 1.45 and the guides do a talk and let you hold an enormous python before that so it's worth being there at 1pm. The ”afternoon tea” is actually a vast array of hot and cold offerings (sweet and savoury) and is well worth having. The first tour takes you around the zoo to get your bearings and to interact with various animals. We were split into 2 groups and Cooper was our guide. It quickly becomes very obvious that the welfare of the animals is way above every other consideration and so it should be. Cooper was very careful to ensure that we understood zoo etiquette and a number of children from not very well supervised school groups were left in no doubt of the errors of their ways (especially one young man who Cooper had seen kick an emu. He was sorted out very quickly whilst his teachers studied their shoes intently). Cooper is a credit to the organisation and we were fortunate to have him as our guide for the encounter/feeding tour next day too. Even better, there were only 3 of us on that tour because all of the other guests were staying only one night. On that point, staying 2 nights is a must. Yes, it's a stretch financially, particularly if you're staying in one of the Jungle Bungalows eg lions and tigers but you miss out on so much and it would feel a bit rushed for a one-night stay. On

La habitación es limpia y limpia, es decir, la cama no es muy cómoda, las dos habitaciones están todas en el interior y fuera, todas son camas de sofá, dormir demasiado suave. La cocina está completa, puede cocinar por sí sola y lavarse la ropa. La lavadora también es buena y tiene la función de secar.

Tenemos una gran estancia en el Rydges. Llegamos antes de la comprobación normal en el tiempo y nos acomodaron con poco tiempo de espera. La habitación era limpia y agradable duchas calientes como estaban de WA fue -1 cuando llegamos. No hay quejas de personal de la oficina del frente y se han ayudado y preguntas que hemos preguntado acerca de lugares para ir y ver mientras aquí en nuestra estancia corta. Sería de nuevo, definitivamente recomendado.

The hotel’s facilities and services do not match its pricey price. The bad is too soft. The buffet breakfast is just average. The Hot food was not hot enough and also the variety was limited. You need to cross the road to get to the gym and swimming pool. This is inconvenient when the weather is cold or rainy.

El hotel es un hotel muy bueno con el transporte privado. Easily evaluating the famous tourist attractions and Canberra Centre. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a simple style but provides most of the stuff. El hotel dispone de pantalones de descanso, pero no hay tobillos y pastas de dientes en este hotel. Algunos más tipos de té y café gratuitos también se ofrecen en el bar y biblioteca del salón en L5 & L6. La habitación era limpia todos los días. El niño disfrutó la vista en la habitación allí. En general, nos alegramos de permanecer en LNH con lo que pagamos y esperamos.

La habitación de hotel es muy buena, pero no es muy fácil. El Hotel Realm ha servido Canberra durante los años, pero, desgraciadamente, en algunos aspectos se muestra. También debes saber que está a pocos pasos de la ciudad de Canberra o de las tiendas y restaurantes Kingston / Manuka. Todo esto dijo, otra estancia muy buena. El personal es amigable y el ambiente es lo que esperas. Recomendado.
