Very charming hotel in a great location. The room was beautiful and the minibar was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. I had a wonderful stay. The staff was very professional and kind!

LOVED this hotel, the room the setting and the most patient and. kind staff. First day was a bit of a mix up as their was no hot water for showers and my room was missed for cleaning / replenishment. However all was fixed soon and the staff are extremely attentive.
Appreciated the night time service and lovely cookies.
The mosty comfy bed I have had in a hotel.
Would def recommend and hope to be back one day.

Room was clean and comfortable. Nice aesthetics. Hotel is cute and in a great location. Daily room service didn’t seem to happen until 5pm, at which time they knocked and asked if we needed towels. We found this very odd to go out all day and arrive back to the room, and find the room had not been serviced. The service staff were all very polite and in the evening a nice touch was that cookies were delivered to the room. It felt safe and clean. You should note you have to return the key to reception each day and this not ideal security wise (for some). Also you can walk in via the stairs, bypass reception, and access the rooms directly (this feels a little less secure).

Our stay was part of a special birthday gift for my wife! On arrival, the hotel had upgraded us to a premier room and a complimentary drink.
The staff were excellent! The location was where we wanted to belts of dining choice and near the various theatres.
