El hotel es terrible. No elegido cuidadosamente. El entorno y la higiene no son aceptables.

El hotel está situado a 300 o 400 metros de Oxford street, y hasta aquí todo lo bueno. Lo de Opulence le queda muy grande al hotel. Tercer piso sin ascensor, no funcionaba el WIFI, nada más entrar en la habitación,encima de las colchas (las dos diferentes) un pelo ***** de más de 30cm. Los somieres, que estaban a la vista... con manchas. El grifo del lavabo goteando toda la noche, etc.... Después de la 2ª noche una de las camas se cayó al suelo...una pata rota, avisamos en recepción. A la vuelta fue dejar la almohada so re la cama y volver a caer la cama al suelo...(no se que arreglo hicieron), entonces nos cambiaron de habitación. Una pena, 590€ por 4 noches solo alojamiento, con baño.

This hotel has obviously reacted very quickly to mainly bad reviews. It's in a great location, easy 15 minute walk from Bond Street tube. Receptionist very welcoming; certainly my single room No.1 totally clean, in fact newly painted I reckon. Be prepared for walk up to top floor, no lift, but the view over the mews at back of hotel very nice. For a business trip, on own, would definitely recommend. Thanks for a nice stay to the hotel staff.

Totally disappointing and not as advertised. Beds old and sinking very low. Toilet dirty and shower dangerous- with a very high bath tub margin one must climb in and out of and slippery floor. Stairs with dilapidated carpets, full of dust. Telephone line not attended by receptionists, who were disengaged in their 'job', blaming others for the faults. Overpriced for what is on offer, and clearly misleading customers with the name and there pictures which are hiding the cold reality- this place is a dirty pigsty.

Poorly maintained property needs renovation. Peeling wallpaper. Faulty blinds in the room. Stopped in room 8. Internal double glazing fitted but 1 peice of glass missing so high road noise if you a light sleeper be aware.
Good location in central London shopping areas that’s it’s only positive in afraid.
Wouldn’t recommend or stop there again.

Quite weird. No receptionist when we arrived. Eventually came, but late.
That’s bad! If someone wanna check in or if something happen. There’s no one nearby.
The room was A LOT of dust.
The room we had was 009 which the window was not closed properly. We tried to close it but the noises outside was so loud, it sounded like we slept near the street. VERY LOUD!
During checkout We rang the bell and said hello to maybe call attention. But no reaction was given. Until maybe 10 minutes after. The reception came out from where the former breakfast was held. Apparently played on his/her phone. That’s bad service!

The person who was in reception upon arrival was so kind and accommodating. He was very responsive to all requests and thanks to the location, it was extremely convenient to be able to walk to camden market and other places, if you don’t mind a half hour walk which I don’t, really.

We stayed three nights in this hotel. We stayed on the fourth flour. The staff were very kind and helped us with our luggage. They were always ready to help. Baker Street( restaurants and cafés), Edgware Road (restaurants) , Hyde park and Oxford street are on walking distance. We had a fridge in our room. They cleaned the room every day. Because our flight was in the evening, we could leave our luggage in their storage. The bed was ok. We doubt first to stay because of the review score. The reviews are overdone. We liked our stay and recommend it.
