Hotel antiguo, con buenas y modernas habitaciones, de tamaño adecuado. Extraordinaria ubicación, muy tranquilo, a un par de cuadras de Oxford St. Sector con muy buenas tiendas y restaurantes. El personal muy amable.
Lo único que comentar el servicio de limpieza de la habitación, no muy bueno, quedo desordenado y aseo poco profundo.

Durrants is a charming, gem and like staying at a home. The staff are friendly and helpful at all times. The bar is cosy and restaurant is also very good and hope they will open for dinner service soon.

Hotel is beautiful from the outside, and the staff were ok, but it is so weirdly dated inside. Put me in mind of Fawlty Towers - hasnt been updated in decades by the look of it, really worn carpets and fixtures, plug sockets not in convenient places (for charging phone in bed/hairdrying in front of a mirror)

This small hotel is charming and quiet. The decor is traditional and very British. The location is perfect. The little bar had a fireplace and was very cozy. The staff were all excellent. My room was great. Highly recommend.

This is my favourite London hotel. The location is ideal for galleries, shopping and theatre. This time the staff were very helpful when I discovered that I had lost my phone charger. For the price, there ought to be a mini-fridge in the room. This is my only criticism, though. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Room service unavailable at dinnertime, no fridge/minibar, no hotel info on website/in the room, room service did a good job but didn't answer the phone when called, difficult to find your way around the hotel (a maze with a lot of stairs), ear plugs a must, only one outlet in the room. Location excellent, staff friendly, wifi good. Free bottled water, toiletries included were shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body cream, soap.
