I got bigger room as upgraded by the hotel. Very nice, comfortable and clean room. Good service and nice breakfast.

I like the room which is spatial and clean but few things really annoyed me, i.e. bathroom floor is not clean, A/C light and the router’s blink the whole night, poor soundproof wall as I could hear the next door woke up very early around 5.00am and turned on TV with loud noise, the noise from the religious activity around 3.00-3.30am, upsetting breakfast and more.

Location is a bit away but having Indomaret at 3rd floor ia quite convenient. Room is very spacious and the breakfast was quite appealing

Please upgrade restaurant service, for other service is great

Stayed here for 3D2N on a business trip, overall experience was satisfactory. Service was good, room was clean and breakfast was excellent.

Overall I enjoyed stay at Aston. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room have balcony view and clean, you can see tall buildings in Bintaro at 9th level room, look with just view straight :). The technology google call also good, though my niece need to try few times to contact restaurant. Not familiar yet with this. Others there's fly came inside when we open balcony, so better keep close the balcony. I'd love to stay again for their hospitality. Thanks Aston~

It's pretty good in general, but hope it could improve in service and some other details... It't my first to have 3 person living in one room, so I booked with notes as well as the paid breakfast for 3 person, but they only have everything in 2 sets. Also, my own new toothpaste was gone right after the first day(and my teeth is sensetive to use others), I felt really bad without their any further solution. Hope they could improve soon and don't let others down any more.

New hotel, clean, breakfast good, room was so spacious, pools was integrated with the apartment, check in also smooth, parking area wide enough. Nice..!
