Valoraciones de Novotel Bandung

The location is far from Center. Even it's closed to Bandung Train Station 🚉 but very hard to walk due to congested roads. Need to call Grab to/from hotel to anywhere. The towels are not clean with darker colors. With the Novotel branding should be maintained certain level of cleanness as we expected. Other are fine.

Stayed at Novotel Bandung and had a really good experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The surroundings were nice too, and the location was super convenient. There’s a Circle K right in front of the hotel, and an Eiger store nearby if you’re looking for outdoor or sports gear. The breakfast was good with a decent variety of food, and the staff were all very friendly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Bandung, and I’d definitely consider coming back.. The location of Novotel was accessible by car only. The hotel appeared more of a 3.5 star than 4; however the water dispenser at my floor level is commendable as it was very convenient with hot/cold water. The breakfast spread had quite limited choices except on the third day. Overall, I would say the service right from front desk, breakfast (especially Salsa, Annisa and Rena), including housekeeping (Reza who did his job from the heart) were amazingly awesome. Keep up the good job.

This is below average dosent look like Novotel property staff is definitely 10/10 food breakfast quite good than others but Novotel feel I didn't got

The room was clean, the location was also strategic, and the view was great. but somehow they recommended us to change room for the second night due to high load on the initial floor. We did request quiet room before, and we feel that they could have arranged it better at the first place. But overall it was a good stay, but it was not convenient to repack our belongings and unpack it again.

Good services, accommodating, friendly and the room scent is nice. Near to bandung station, and those who like braga street, accessible easily. Highly recommended

I stayed at Novotel Hotel Bandung and the experience was disappointing overall. The staff were polite and courteous, which was appreciated. However, the management seemed overly restrictive when it came to basic amenities. Only one toothbrush was provided in the room, and a second one was given only after requesting it. Surprisingly, there were no tissues in the room at all, which is not what you expect from a hotel of this category. The breakfast was poor, with limited variety and underwhelming quality. It didn’t feel worth the time or the cost. Another downside is the location. The hotel is quite far from the city centre, making it inconvenient if you plan to explore Bandung or move around frequently.

Strategically located in Bandung, the room rates are also affordable. Check-in was easy, assisted by the friendly and helpful receptionist. If you're looking to explore Bandung, we highly recommend staying here.
