Mi primera estancia en este establecimiento, en el Cordella Hotel Tasikmalaya desde hoy 15 Sep hasta 18 Sep 2023. Traeré a un niño, de 5 años de edad) conmigo, que desgraciadamente se enfermó esta mañana, y tiene fiebre. Esta tarde, alrededor de 3-4 pm oí un sonido continuo arrastrado de mesa y sillas sobre mi habitación. Entonces me enteré que sobre mi habitación es una sala de funciones. El personal de la banqueta arrastraba todo en lugar de levantar ese equipo. A las 11:00, y también dijo que la música en vivo también ocurre en la calle de Yudanegara junto al techo. Si deseas unirte a la multitud de noches y a la fiesta toda la noche, este hotel es adecuado para ti. En realidad, soy un tipo de como este hotel porque es un servicio muy nuevo, excelente de FO y HSKP, (no intentas el servicio y el producto de FB aún) y todo funciona bien. La TV puede hacer el netflix y youtube (televisor inteligente).

Horison es mi primera opción mientras busca un lugar para unas vacaciones en Tasikmalaya. Aquí hay un personal agradable, útil y amable y también para la seguridad, el camarote y el servicio de valle. También el punto más importante es el personal de la oficina delantera. Servirán la comida indonesiana completa y también las bebidas tradicionales como Wedang Jahe (Myfave)

So on this Eid Al-Fitr season, we went to my husband hometown in Tasikmalaya. And due to so many families coming around, we needed to book a hotel for us to stay for a couple of days. Since it was impossible for us to sleep in my in law’s house. So I started looking for a hotel last minute. And my in law said that they already booked their stay in Amaris so I thought that I’d like to book one in Amaris too. But unfortunately, only twin bed left in agoda and traveloka. So, I decided to call the hotel and ask for a room with double bed. When I said “call” I didn’t expect maximum hospitality since it’s only a 2 star hotel in a small city. But how surprised I was, that actually the staff in the reception area was so so kind. I mean really2 kind and friendly in answering my phone. And turned out they still had a room with double bed. And kept it for me while I was discussing it first with my husband of how many nights we would like to stay. And when I called them back, the other staff answered me and actually read a note which was left by the earlier staff about my reservation. And again, she answered me politely and so so kind. Again I was impressed! 🥺 Long story short, I booked the room for 3 nights during Eid Al-Fitr. By the time we get there, it was already night due to traffic because we’re from Bandung. So it was a late check in for us. But again unlike other hotel staff whom their friendliness decreasing when it’s already late, this hotel staff was so friendly and the check in process took only a minute. Since we were all tired, we wanted to sleep asap. And the staff seemed so attentive about it, and gave a smooth and fast check in and again, so so friendly. Really friendly if something really genuine you can tell from their faces. And the security was also super helpful and friendly. Though it was late. And offered us to bring our luggage to our room. Again, with friendly face and gesture 👏🏻 The room was spacious enough. Clean. No dust whatsoever. The amenities were enough for us three (my husband, my daughter, and I). And we got a room with city view. Which was also a plus. The hotel didn’t provide a phone at the room which I could totally understand reminding the star. But you can always order in room dining by messaging thru whatsapp number available. Or just simply order in the front office and they’ll gonna deliver the food to you. The price was reasonable for a hotel, so affordable. And the taste was great for a 2 star hotel 👍🏻 And the cleaning staff deserves a credit too. They were all so attentive (I mean all the staffs) so they knew that we were staying for 3 nights. And every morning around 8-9 am, they knocked our door (they didn’t have a bell) to ask what time we want our room cleaned. And they really cleaned it, super clean 👏🏻 So by the time we came back from my in law’s, our room was already clean and neat. The bed itself was quite comfy and spacious and they provided 4 pillows so wouldn’t be an issue if you’re travellin

Where do I start, the pictures and reviews on booking sites are misleading, besides the lobby the rest of the building should be condemned, seriously it’s literally falling separate, cracks in the walls. ¿Cómo puede este hotel tener una calificación de 3 estrellas? Un albergue de diez dólares de backpackers es una opción mejor. Está bien $40 es barato, pero espero que al menos la cama esté bien! El lugar es un peligro para la salud, hojas sucias, no hay lino sólo una mala cubierta de cama de olor en hojas pintadas ver pic ( obviamente me quejé de que la había sustituido por otra hoja pintada y cubierta de olor). No hay intercomunicación/telefonía en la habitación, no hay conexión WiFi en la habitación, no hay instalaciones para hacer té, no hay foto en la TV, no hay ropa de cama adecuada (se limpia la cama PVC ***) nada me sorprende! El baño es el objeto de pesadillas. Puedo continuar pero creo que usted puede conseguir la foto, hacerse un favor y dar a este lugar un amplio nacimiento. Este lugar daría a una casa de dos mal nombre ! ¿Por qué no me fui a la calle, La lluvia torrencial y otros hoteles cercanos fueron reservados completamente, ya había pagado por razones razonablemente buenas comentarios en booking.com clasificado como el 2o hotel más popular en Tasikmalaya ......realmente! (gracias chicos). Nunca he tomado una foto de una habitación de hotel Esta vez para la salud y el bienestar de los viajeros, me sentí obligado a cargar unos pocos menos preocupantes. best place buat yg transit istirahat dr perjalanan jauh. lokasi mudah ditemukan. ruangan cukup buat istirahat. kurangnya karena dipinggir jalan lintas cukup berisik dan cukup banyak suara yg masuk (obrolan orang diluar dll) dan ada insiden listrik padam kurang lebih 30 menitan. selebihnya puas sekali dengan staff hotel yg ramah serta kebersihan toilet nya oke sekalii

Hotel yg keren dan bgs karna msh br jd semua msh gresss... Kamar yg luas dan estetik.. Breakfast nya jg bervariasi Cuma 1 mungkin yg perlu diperhatikan saat breakfast.. Ada makanan yg abis yg hrs segera di isi biar yg br dtg msh kebagian.. Yg lain ok bgt.. Tks Alhambra..
