«Vivía muchas veces, el hotel Chushiong Dongbao realmente supera las expectativas del hotel de cuatro estrellas, el equipo entero fue excelente, porque reservado dos días, el día siguiente la sala de frente también preguntó si necesita cambiar de cama. La tía de la habitación de huéspedes está limpia también con detalles muy detallados y muy cuidadosamente. El salón ya es muy atractivo, abre la puerta, también es muy grande en el interior, hay baños independientes y baños, se separan secos, y otros pequeños detalles también son muy añadidos: la señal WiFi es buena, la luz utiliza botones de toque de control, y hay una mesa especial, es muy conveniente colocar el ordenador, Facilitar la administración de los comerciantes. «遠超預期！本來以為這種酒店就是一般的市區商務酒店，但真的很驚喜：新裝修的，整個設施細節裝修都很精緻高檔，絕對五星水準，有免費的超寬敞洗衣房，洗衣機烘乾機都有。有自己停車場，停車位充足，好多充電樁。本來定了個一般的套房，最驚喜的是升級到行政套房，房間超大，小朋友在裏面都可以跑步了，房間很衞生很乾凈，無異味，布草什麼的都新的。早餐豐富，口味非常在線，比一般五星要好很多，住了幾天參差不齊的民宿之後，突然覺得還得是酒店！有種不差錢的大氣。絕對值得這個良心好評！»

«兩張大床對於我們一家四口非常友好，上下兩層小朋友也很喜歡，陽台很舒服，晚上也不冷，陽台外就是圖3的景觀。陽台的超級大浴缸小朋友也是興奮的不行。價格友好，性價比高，要不是趕行程，真想再多住幾晚。位置就在彝人古城內，但早晚並不吵鬧。去哪裡也都很方便。»

«民宿在古鎮裏，出行步行很方便，無論去吃飯、逛古鎮還是去酒吧街都很方便，步行就到。民宿裏非常漂亮，老闆佈置的很温馨，處處都是小風景，打卡拍照非常適合，老闆娘很熱情，我打電話時還告訴我天氣和着裝穿多少適合，房間很大，乾淨整潔，小陽台很愜意，兩個房間很適合我們孩子大一點的家庭，還會再回購的。»

«攜帶父母入住酒店一共三天兩晚，整體滿意，但是有一些讓人不太舒服的小細節，有以下建議 1.設施：整體裝修完全符合集團要求，但是細節之處有待加強——不知整體情況如何，入住的兩個房間空調均是聲響很大但是效果微乎其微。419房間的門鎖有明顯的卡頓，工作人員每天打掃管理每天查房不可能發現不了 2. 衞生：衞生間台盆積水容易打濕衣服。打掃衞生的阿姨確實每天盡心盡力，確實也不是她們的問題，但是可以在台盆墊上口布，可以讓顧客體驗更好一些 3.環境：屹立多年沒有看到什麼變化，中規中矩。離古鎮的距離剛剛好，步行來回也非常OK。而且不會受到人流的吵鬧。離高鐵站汽車站等的位置適中。 4.服務：首先要感謝入住當天主動贈送早餐的小女孩，但是作為前台開錯房間和房型真的是非常低級的錯誤❌ 早餐的阿姨態度親切，每天早晨一到餐廳就有親切的問好。早餐的內容也很豐富，口味適當。 5.另外內部的溝通協調不足真的會降低顧客的體驗感首先是到房間後發現房型開錯，原本的雙床房開錯成了大床，打掃的阿姨明顯床品才剛剛開始更換，第一反應居然是告訴我馬上就好……是因為前台和客房的溝通有問題嗎？主動到前台説明後，另外一位前台居然告訴我不能提前同時把兩個房間的房卡給我……兩個前台接待的時間間隔不過短短几分鐘，請問為什麼有不一樣的説法呢？重新拿卡上樓後，阿姨居然幾分鐘以內已經把房間打掃乾淨，簡單快捷，但是讓人覺得衞生標準應該有待考量。 6.整體未看到有明顯服務意識，續房刷卡需要等到12點以後，告知完規定後並沒有任何解決方案，衹能自己主動提出卡放前台，回來再取。辦理延遲退房以後，房卡仍然衹能使用到12點，想要進房間需要再次刷卡。（當然這是系統限制原因，但是是否可以在制卡時主動進行一下時效更改呢？畢竟已經提前告知要積分換取延遲退房）»

«先説優點在小區裏，房間也不臨街，本來以為隔音比酒店好的。服務態度很好，有求必應。缺點: 給我安排的房間2樓，朝向也不好，基本全天無採光，屋裡巨冷。馬桶雖然插電，但沒有便座加温，凍屁股。總體上還好，這個價格性價比可以的，我訂小區房就是覺得隔音比普通酒店那紙一樣薄的牆要好點，結果高潮來了，樓上可能也上該酒店住客，整個晚上都在打遊戲大喊大叫，真的是shout！！還有遊戲裏打槍的聲音，和前台説了，前台也上樓去説了，但懂的都懂，這種垃圾人就算報警也沒用的。。。。這其實也怪不着酒店，趕上這種爛事，但畢竟嚴重影響住，第二天早上就趕緊換酒店了😂😂😂»
