We loved our overnight stay at the Aaron Causeway Hotel. Our family room was clean and spacious with three proper beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The room had a large kettle, tea, coffee and biscuits were provided (fresh milk on request). We had dinner in the downstairs restaurant which was very good , a kid’s menu was also available. The breakfast was great with many different choices and good coffee and tea.

Estado 3 noches este hotel se da la habitación que definitivamente necesitamos mucho de decorar. Pero diciendo que parecía limpio y cómodo aunque sólo tenían picos muy firmes. Creo que podría pedir más suave pero no lo hice. El hotel está muy bien, pero no lo suficiente para molestar el sueño. Ahora la comida, comimos la cena en nuestra primera noche y aunque me encontré bien mi otro es vegetariano y la elección era sólo curry de verdura que no parecía tan atractivo. Nunca se puede hacer realmente un mal desayuno. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que puedas hacer. Otras opiniones han mencionado problemas y personas sin hogar que se quedan allí, por favor recuerde que Brittainia Hotels tienen un contrato de gobierno para esto, pero nunca he notado o vi ningún problema.al mismo tiempo allí. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. Me gustaría volver a ir sí, pero ahora sé las expectativas que hacen muchos fines de semana de entretenimiento y parecen conocer a sus clientes y apuntar a su servicio.

La ubicación es muy buena y el personal muy útil. El bar y el restaurante son convenientes, pero son muy planos y no calientes. El estacionamiento no está incluido y no es sin duda barato a 7 libras al día. No lo que yo consideraría valor por dinero. También necesita algunas renovaciones.

I booked without reading the other reviews! I relied on past experience of this chain. I was worried when I read the reviews. However, I need have had no concerns. Staff on reception were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. True, the shower is a bit small as is the lift. We had a great time. Breakfast was good and plentiful with a wide choice and the staff were very attentive. Would be happy to return.

UUsuario invitadoWe had a 3 day stay at the Harbour Hotel in Christchurch.
We ate dinner there twice - once at ”The Upper Deck” and once at ”The Jetty”. Both meals were excellent: we had lovely tables, the food was great and the service made us feel special. The experience at breakfast was the same, with attentive service from all the staff and great food served on the open veranda.
Although we were using the hotel as a base for our walks around the area, we also used the spa which was well maintained and had all the facilities you could want.
We did have an issue with our assigned room which was not as ordered from Trip.com. Although the reception team reconfirmed they had allocated the room accurately based on what Trip.com had ordered for us, the Cherry the reception manager took it on herself to compensate us for the mismatch.
From start to finish the service at The Harbour was outstanding. All the staff that served us in reception, the bar, the restaurants and the spa were helpful, efficient and friendly. Although our room was smaller than we'd ordered, it was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable.
All in all, this was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, this in no small part due to the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff team. We will return !

El check-in en la experiencia fue suave y eficiente. Cuando estoy en una silla de ruedas, me alegro de ver el ascensor en buenas condiciones. Mi habitación es muy cómoda. He estado en esta habitación en una estancia anterior. El hotel está situado en pleno centro de la ciudad, con fácil acceso a las tiendas y a los parques de coches. ¿Hay algunas habitaciones con discapacidad en este parque de coches? En la mañana de la salida, iba a almorzar en un restaurante cercano de café y tener mi caso de viaje y sillas de ruedas conmigo causaría problemas con el cuarto en este café. Lynn, el gerente del hotel en la mesa delantera fue muy útil. Le felicito por hacerme sentir completamente en casa. Gracias Lynn! Estoy ansioso de volver a principios de septiembre. Adiós!
