Estaba en la suite así recibió mucha atención privada como el desayuno en la piscina de la suite, etc. mención especial a Keshari que me ayudó a planificar y coordinar el viaje que ella realmente estaba sobre todo con algunas sorpresas especiales. También a Jeetu el naturalista que nos escolta a todas las actividades de la fauna. Su conocimiento es grande. Y a Manoj que estaba en el Carge de la comida. Grande contacto personal. Línea de fondo - es un lugar maravilloso con gran servicio y comida.

This 2 Days trip to Chitwan in Kasara Resort is our best trip so far. All the staff were really kind and and friendly from reception to Restaurant to housekeeping. I’m very happy that I choose Kasara Resort. We had the most adventurous trip in the jungle with Sagar brother and Binod brother. Food was amazing. Definitely 💯 .Whole ambiance was very refreshing and quiet. Rooms were nice and cozy (will definitely give a mini Bali vibes). I would definitely recommend my friends in future. Me and my husband, we would love to visit in near future as well. Big Thankyou to all Kasara Family.

I’m very happy that I choose Kasara Resort. We had the most adventurous trip in the jungle with Sagar brother and Binod brother. Food was amazing. Definitely 💯 .Whole ambiance was very refreshing and quiet. Rooms were nice and cozy (will definitely give a mini Bali vibes). I would definitely recommend my friends in future. Very nice hotel very close to the Chitwan national park. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. We did a canoe and jeep safari with a guide called Babu. He is very knowledgeable and points out so many birds and animals you would normally not spot yourself. Also he tells you a lot of facts about the park and it’s history which makes the exploration with him entertaining as well as most interesting. What I would recommend the hotel to do: Provide 2 bottles of water just once in the beginning of a stay and then have the guests fill their bottles themselves at a water dispenser. That would be good for the environment and it would save costs for the hotel.

My wife and I traveled from the US and stayed at this location from March 28th - 30th 2023. The location and ameneties at the hotel were excellent. Even better was the service and friendliness of the staff at the hotel. On our arrival, we were very warmly greeted by the team. Pramod and Rupa were the management staff who helped us with our checkin, stay and giving us the tour of the property. Chitra, with his ever smiling face, served us our meals during our stay. Head Chef Hitender ensured that the meals were delicious and prepared with care. Buddhi was our knowledgeable guide who took us on a boat ride, jeep safari, and jungle walk. Santosh was our driver who brought us from the airport to the hotel took us on a jeep safari. We were able to see a Bengal Tiger, Rhinocerous, Deer and many other wildlife during our safari through Chitwan National Forest. We were also treated to a traditional dinner and dance event on the second night of our stay. A very special Thanks to the entire team ay Meghauli Sarai in making our stay enjoyable and memorable!

En el camino de Kadu a Chitwan, nos hemos estado contactando con el hotel a través del servicio de atención al cliente de Ctrip para que nos recoja cuando llegamos, pero el hotel no se ha puesto en contacto con el servicio al cliente. No esperaba que tan pronto como llegó el autobús, el conductor arreglado por el hotel estuviera esperando. Es fijo, debe ser que el hotel tomará la iniciativa de ir a la estación a recoger y dejar de acuerdo a la ocupación y horario del bus. El hotel es relativamente bueno en el área local. Hay hermosos jardines y villas independientes. Las habitaciones también están decoradas con características especiales. Son limpios e higiénicos. El personal es muy entusiasta. Ellos harán todo lo posible para ayudarlo si tiene algún problema. Personalmente, creo que el precio de las diversas actividades que ofrece el hotel en Chitwan es razonable, por lo que es posible y conveniente reservar en el hotel. Hay algunos aldeanos alrededor del hotel, no lejos del río. Puede visitarlo o dar un paseo en su tiempo libre. Hay un mercado bullicioso a unos tres kilómetros del hotel.
