Отель небольшой. В маленьком дворике красивые деревья. Идеально для отдыха летом, но и весной неплохо. Сауна на дровах замечательная. Предварительно спросили какую температуру мы любим. Был травяной чай. Номер люкс отличный. Есть ванна. Близко к центру городу. Пять минут и вы возле Триумфальной арке. Можно посидеть на балконе. Особых недостатков нет, может быть только не хватает чайника в номере. Кроме того, легко бьётся посуда, потому что покрытие кафель. Интерьер достаточно приятный, в стиле лофт. Завтрак проходит в небольшом ресторанчике на первом этаже отеля. Все блюда вкусные. Были отварные овощи, сосиски, хлопья, яйца вкрутую, колбаса, сыр. Чай и кофе тоже на уровне. Администраторы создают в отеле доброжелательную атмосферу.

While I was expecting a basic boutique hotel for the price we paid, this place surprised us completely. Everything from the fittings and amenities in the room to the decor was top-notch. I certainly didnt expect a highly wired room with an Android TV-powered smart tv and 300 Mbps blazing internet connectivity! And the hospitality also was on par with higher-end hotels and not like a basic boutique LOCATION: Good location close to all points of interest in the city center DINE + DRINK: They have a lovely wine bar and the breakfast was worth waking up for too. ROOM: We stayed in Room 305, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Random view of the cityscape; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Lovely spa quality cosmetics FACILITIES: Super compact Gym with an Old school free weights and an elliptical machine. Ok for diehard fitness *******, not motivating enough for the rest probably! SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Fantástico hotel ! Altamente recomendado. Marca nueva y justo en el centro de la ciudad. Grande habitación. Comodamente cama. Mi esposa se quedó sola en este hotel entre finales de julio y principios de agosto pasado, por una ”pausa imprevista” debido a una coincidencia perdida entre dos operadores de viaje diferentes. El hotel en cuestión tiene precios competitivos, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta su posición en el centro de la ciudad, pero las habitaciones no están todas bien mantenidas. Definitivamente mejor las suites más caras, que recomiendo a los huéspedes ocasionales, incluso por las bañeras definitivamente Las TV en las habitaciones funcionan mal, pero probablemente sólo porque son por fuerza sintonizadas sobre los emisores rusos. Habida cuenta de esto, el Wi-Fi funciona maravilloso, y se puede solucionar fácilmente la falta de televisión con un desastre de contenidos multimedia de Internet. Por último, el personal es muy cordial y atento a las necesidades de los usuarios. Mi esposa permaneció sola en este hotel entre finales de julio y principios de agosto pasado, por un ”parada inesperada” debido a una conexión perdida entre dos operadores de viajes diferentes. El hotel en cuestión tiene precios competitivos, especialmente teniendo en cuenta su ubicación en el centro de la ciudad, pero las habitaciones no están bien mantenidas. Estaba en total 8 (5+3) noches - esta era mi base para explorar Moldova. No hay cocina en 8 habitaciones en 3 pisos. No hay ascensor (para sacar una bolsa de 19 kg que todavía se disfruta) . No hay nevera en la habitación. Ducha con hongo. Lejos del aeropuerto y de la estación norte. Además, puede escribir y cancelar su reserva en cualquier momento (que ya ha sido confirmado). ¡También no ayudó en la mañana con una llamada de taxi! ¡Fue necesario correr a la estación de gas para pedir ayuda, TK del número ucraniano para llamar un taxi es imposible!

UUsuario invitadoIt was my first time in Moldova. Any member of staff I came into contact with, either on the front desk, or in the bar/restaurant spoke very good English. The staff on the reception were particularly helpful. They were happy to help with a late check out as I'd a late flight and also with ordering a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Minibar is well stocked with snacks if you don't want to walk to the shops (although there are shops within walking distance of the hotel). Handy location for the train station. It's within walking distance if you get the overnight train from Bucharest. City centre a bit of a walk, but not too far. About 20 minutes walk to the Triumphal Arch. About 30 minutes walk to the Museum of Ethnography & Natural History. Overall, one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The reception staff in particular are brilliant. Nothing is any trouble for them and I'd gladly stay again.

Limpia con todas las comodidades. La ubicación es perfecta si quieres salir del centro de la ciudad. Está justo al lado de un parque grande centrado alrededor de un lago hermoso para un paseo o un jogging por la noche. Nicholas el receptor habla bien inglés. Si usted busca un buen hotel de media rango no corporativo en Chișinău, recomiendo Park Lane.

Well, its the little things that make a hotel stay pleasant, and all during my stay I met the things that made me go, duh.. No es bueno. Primero llegamos tarde a la noche, tuvimos nuestra habitación en el quinto piso, sólo ... el ascensor no funcionó, así que cómo debo llegar a mi habitación sin un ascensor ... llevar el equipaje 5 pisos era insólito. Y luego las pequeñas cosas: 1. La presión del agua es baja, por lo que tomar un duche toma un tiempo. Incluso el baño toma 5 minutos para rellenar. 2. Las luces, en el ascensor son azul oscuro, por lo que no puede ver realmente qué piso estás presionando. 3. UUsuario invitadoОтель крайне плох. - Во-первых, заселение в отель прошло весьма плохо! Была регистрация на двух взрослых и одного ребенка 11-и лет. После долгой дороги (около 17-и часов) нас поселили номер с детской кроватью для младенцев. После «разбирательств» и поиска виновных в неправильной регистрации, нас переселили в другой номер побольше, с диваном (который и бронировали). Но постельное белье и банный инвентарь на ребенка не выдали. Повторный спуск на рецепшин и в ответ «Весь обслуживающий персонал уже покинул отель. Пусть ребенок поспит с вами эту ночь, кровать ведь большая». Восторг от такой информации передать сложно, одни эмоции. Развернулся и ушел в номер. Спустя несколько минут постельное белье принесли. Но впечатление уже складывалось «веселое». - Во-вторых, завтраки в данном отеле просто кошмарные! Каждое утро приходилось выискивать официантов и просить их подлить воды в пустые графины, подать хлеб в пустые корзинки. Так же и с едой, подносы довольно долго стояли опустевшими. И так каждое утро. Постоянные просьбы не улучшали ситуацию. Чай предлагали наливать в кофейные чашки. И только после просьбы выдать чашки большего размера, принесли бумажные стаканы. Но в самом ресторане достаточно вкусно. Днем и вечером обслуживание персоналом прекрасное. Что происходит по утрам, это загадка. - В-третьих, карточки размагничивались дважды в день, каждый день. Утром и вечером приходилось обращаться для программирования карт. Администрация обвинила нас в том, что мы носим карточки близко к смартфонам. Но карточки постоянно лежали в паспортах. Всегда так происходило, когда карта стояла в терминале продолжительное время (пол дня). - В-четвертых, отдали вещи в прачечную и футболку, которую только купили в этот день, испортили (прожгли утюгом). - В-пятых, суицидная дверь в ванную комнату добавила эмоций. На этих дверях стоят доводчики, которые абсолютно не настроены. Закрытие двери происходит медленно, но за момент до полного закрытия, резко закрывается и если не убрать пальцы вовремя, довольно сильно ударит. Как сказал персонал данной гостиницы, довольно много постояльцев жаловались на данную проблему. Так что, мы не первые. - В-шестых, проблема с парковкой. Как сообщила администрация, у отеля нет своей собственной парковки и необходимо выискивать место себе самому. А это довольно проблематично, так как отель находится рядом с парком, куда приезжает большое количество людей. Антуража добавляет еще тот момент, что при уборке используют высоковольтные кабели, обмотанные изолентой. Ну неужели 4-х звездочный отель не может позволить себе купить новый удлинитель или заменить провод питания у пылесоса? В конечном итоге, впечатления об этом отеле сложились крайне негативные. Ввиду вышеизложенных неприятностях и неудобствах, не считаю, что данный отель соответствует заявленному статусу.
