It was nice to be able to use the public bath comfortably because there were few people on the day I visited. The service was excellent and the Japanese-style garden was good. It was difficult to move from Hakata Station, but there was no inconvenience getting to the airport.

The Onsen is always amazing. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. And the staff I could have rated over 5 stars.

Very clean and Tidy. Good dinner and breakfast with private dinning room. Complimentary coffee and tea served at lounge. Facilities a bit old but staffs are very helpful

The receptionists are very polite and helpful. They can speak English to help foreigners.

Location is 30mins drive from fukuoka. 6000yen from Hakata station or Tenjin area. Excellent hotel. The hot spring closes at 11pm and opens in the morning. Hot tub for both men and women looks the same with stone work tub. Stayed for two nights. The breakfast is absolutely amazing and is different every morning delivered straight to room!!! Kudos for the friendly staff and great accommodations

Very quiet place. Wished I had an option to have my meals at a separate dining area, instead of in my room.

Overall it's okay. It's just a bit old, but the room is very spacious, enough for four to five people to sleep. The location is not in the city center.

160年歷史的溫泉酒店，設施肯定有點陳舊，但是服務特別好，提前到的話可以在休息區等待，還可以去附近逛逛，15點辦理入住的時候行李已經送到房間了，工作人員會帶著去房間並講解酒店的設施，日式庭院很美！

從福岡機場坐巴士到酒店很方便，車站在高速上，原本都嚇一嚇是否落錯車，但後來落樓梯後就見到酒店在對面馬路，共走了10分鐘就到步。 兩餐都在同一個專用房間享用，不錯的體驗
