El hotel está muy bien mantenido y cuenta con excelentes habitaciones. Las opciones y la calidad de los alimentos son excelentes. Servicio de habitaciones, restaurante y mantenimiento de la casa son muy rápidos. Me encantaría quedarme en este lugar cada vez que visito chikmagalur. Además, tienen un estacionamiento de pisos que puede hospedar entre 5 y 6 coches y el hotel está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad.

Luxury is not just in it's name. It's felt right after stepping in. Stayed for 3 nights in Std NAC room. From Check-in to Check-out, excellent experience. Front desk team, housekeeping, Restaurant - F&B, all are always ready to assist with a smile. Looks pretty ordinary from outside, but is very classy the moment you enter. Lobby area is spacious and done up with smart interiors. Booking shelf & newspapers are thoughtfully placed with comfy seating area. Overall property is very well maintained. Room was clean with comfortable 8” Spring mattress and crispy freshly laundered linen, wall mounted 32” LCD, AC, Intercom, E-Kettle with team coffee maker, full sized wardrobe and baggage racket, Sofa seats with coffee table, elegantly furnished, 24 hrs hot shower with premium toiletries etc. Actually deserves Excellent 5* rating but 1* less as Std NAC room had no view in spite of having a namesake window, hence felt claustrophobic at times and are located only on Ground flr. Would advise to stay in Deluxe rooms on 1st or 2nd flr. Complimentary breakfast at their Source Restaurant on 3rd floor was simply awesome. The buffet spread was quite elaborate with 3 types of fruits and a juice, Idli- Wada- Dosa- Omelette- Bread toast with Jam and Butter were offered daily with one new item like Poha, Buns, Puri Bhaji etc everyday. Taste was yummy. Mr. Vasanth, managing this service needs to be mentioned for making our B'fast sessions special. He was like a family member & took good care of the guests at the restaurant. Property located in heart of Chikmagalur city yet. Just 1 Km fm Ksrtc Bus Stand. Just 300 meters to MG Road, the busy market area. Town Canteen & Mayura Dlx Restaurants just at 8-12 min walking distance. Famous Pandurang Coffee Outlet at 1 Km away. Yashas Cabs offers Cabs for sightseeing etc @ Rs 2300/- per day trips. Overall a truly Luxury hotel @Chikmagalur at budget price. We will surely return here on our nxt trip.

Rooms looks good, tv works, and many channels are there. Bathroom is clean, toothpaste and toothbrush is provided, ac works, staff is helpful

The stay was pleasant. We stayed for a night. Pros: 1. Market is nearby. 2. The hotel has parking. 3. Rooms were nice and clean. Cons: 1. Hotel management is bit unprofessional. 2. They have charged us ₹60 for extra 1 ltr water bottle and didn’t even provided the bill for that. 3. Service is not provided as per the charges.

We, family of 4 members, stayed in Coffee Valley homestay for 3 nights from 21st to 24th Oct. I'm really lost for words to express our wonderful experience at Coffee Valley. Whole experience revolves around host Ashwini. She is a great soul and is passionate about managing complete show, from start to end with big smile. It's well maintained homestay with cleanliness, vibrant flora and fauna, mouth watering homely food and hospitality that surpassed all our expectations. Host Ashwini's love and passion for cooking can't go unnoticed. Number of dishes for breakfast and dinner are nothing short of what one can expect in high end hotel. Taste of each and every dish is awesome and have homely taste. Sweet after dinner is cherry on cake. Having it near bonfire gave heavenly feeling. My 6 years old son had cough. Mrs. Ashwini took extra care of him by preparing Kashaya (traditional home remedy with spices) each night for him. She provided her thermos bottle to us so that my younger son can sip hot water during our entire stay. She guided us with places to visit and other informations. It was homely feeling during entire stay. I strongly recommend this homestay to have genuinely great experience. I'm eager to visit again to soak in the wonderful experience.

I recently stayed at Siri Nature Roosts with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. We specifically chose this resort for its unique features, including a jacuzzi, which is essential for my son's relaxation and enjoyment. However, upon our arrival at 3 PM, we discovered that the jacuzzi in our room was not functioning. Despite numerous calls to the reception, the issue was neither resolved nor were we offered an alternative room with a working jacuzzi. Maintenance personnel frequently entered our room to check the jacuzzi, significantly invading our privacy and disrupting our peace until 11:30 PM, yet the problem remained unresolved. Additionally, we faced significant inconvenience due to the lack of hot water in the shower, a basic amenity expected in any standard accommodation. The resort’s Wi-Fi was also non-functional, forcing me to cancel important work-related calls and meetings. Despite calling twice to address this issue, there was no resolution. Moreover, the lack of a proper buggy service and having to use an old, malfunctioning car for transportation within the resort added to our inconvenience. The car was in a deplorable state, making it a discomforting experience every time we needed to move around the property. We had high expectations for our stay, especially considering the time and effort we spent traveling from Bangalore to this resort, only to be met with continuous problems. This resulted in immense frustration and a significant loss of what was supposed to be a pleasant and relaxing vacation. I hope the management can address these issues promptly to prevent other guests from experiencing similar frustrations.

HIDDEN GEM IN COFFE PLANTATIONS We stayed at Sliver sky resort for new year eve from 31st dec to 3rd Jan. We stumbled upon Silver sky by chance, we had a wonderful stay, new year eve gala was well organized and fun filled, we even won lucky draw ( prize was free one nights stay for couple ) The resort is just 11 months old, very well maintained, the rooms are spacious and well equipped, and quality of furniture and amenities ware of top class, comparable to top resorts we visited in Maldives. The resort is amidst the coffee plantation with beautiful view of mullayanagiri peak( 45 min drive form resort ) from room balcony, you can spend whole day in balcony with a book in hand, resort is 20 min from chiakkamagalur city with good road accessibility. The pool was kept clean, couldn't use it much because of cold weather, but the play room kept us busy after breakfast and dinner. Food was great Chef Ashok was of grest help in getting the food tailored to the palates my European wife and kids and restaurant staff Eshwar, shivanand service was top class. the front office staff Mani and Pratap ware always ready to help us. We got a chance to meet the owner and managing director , she was a very nice lady, with preference for good service rather than money, rare to see in these days. We loved the place so much we extended our stay for one more day, we left the place with good memories hoping to return to Silver sky again in the near future. Pros : Easy accessibility, well maintained, spacious rooms, good service and tasty food Cons : Nothing i can think of , may be a heated pool ( May not be practical for south indian weather ) Room advise - Choose a higher elevation room for good views.

Actually I'll rate 3.5 because it is better than average but will also not rate 4 as it was short on expectations on many counts. We stayed in Honeydewzz Exotica for couple of nights in Lania Standard room which is also mentioned as Lania Executive on some booking platforms. Think there is not much difference in Lania Standardas it felt/Executive and Deluxe. it's just that Deluxe is slightly bigger and is on the 1st floor vs standard on ground - you may get slightly better views from Deluxe. Location is right in between Mulyangiri peak and Hebbe falls.. 35-40km each side of the resort and takes 1+ hour to reach. So you could say it is far from both. Ideally you would like to stay near Mulyangiri because more attractions are on that side and you get to stay at elevation so better views as well but then properties are also much more expensive. So this resort is a decent option if you want to balance budget with traveling time. Pros of the property: 1. Well maintained. Rooms are spacious. Very green, situated amongst mountains, calm n peaceful. 2. Very courteous staff, quick service - Vinod and Rohit in the restaurant, the guy who took us on the nature and plantation walks and folks at the reception - basically everyone is always ready to help and accommodate your requests. 3. Decent and b'ful landscaping, decent number of places for photo op. 4. Lot of games in the Indoor area but kids area is okayish. We didn't see anyone using the rope activities during our stay, probably because it's not very apparent where those activities are and again not that many activities. 5. Camp fire is a nice touch. They got two areas for this so it is not very crowded with everyone comming to the same place. You can spend some quiet nice time here with your family or group playing games or listening to the music or just relax. 6. Buffet was nice. Decent spread. All of the items were tasty and well prepared. 4-5 options for vegetarians including fruits, 2-3 options for non veg including egg. All North Indian and South Indian options, no continental. Cons: 1. Decent sized, but not a very big property which you generally expect from a resort. The resort description says it is a 50 acres property but actually developed area which guests can access is definitely less. 2. The swimming pool is big and well maintained but essentially useless because the water was very very cold. I stayed in the water for half an hour still my body couldn't get adjusted to the temperature. My kid was literally shivering inside it and came out after 10 min and he likes swimming pool so much. So this was a big let down. The management should seriously consider covering it to a heated pool. 3. Kitchen needs big improvement. Though we liked the buffet, lot of improvement needed for a la carte options for lunch n dinner. Food is very spicy in general. Though staff accommodated our requests for replacement and customisation for less spicy food but it elevates the whole experience of dining
