Hotel Gut Ising ★★★★

📍 Kirchberg 3, Chieming

"On this busy weekend it shows again how important staffing and training of the hotel employees is. We waited a long time to check in as no one was around. Then the outdoor pool was overfilled with guests and no one tried to clean up the towels or chaises. The dinner service was confused and uncoordinated. Rude service waiters yelled at us to wait outside and to get out of their way! Not an experience we expected. No supervising manager was around. We won’t come back here."

Hotel Gut Ising ★★★★
"Anyone who appreciates the ambience of an old manor house is in good hands here. The staff is friendly, helpful and competent. The food in the hotel's restaurants is excellent. Given the number of guests, the wellness area was completely overcrowded, especially since many guests simply put towels on the loungers and reserve them for the whole day. But that's the case in many hotels. Overall, recommended for a short vacation. Of course, riders dominate there. Dog owners also feel at home. But I would go there again."
