Hotel was clean, staff were professional and friendly. Location of hotel was walkable distance to everything we needed and wanted to explore. Nearby cat cafe, night bazaar and market, restaurants, massages and bus station. Forgot one of my items of clothing at the hotel and they were kind enough to mail it to my hotel in Bangkok for me to pick up. Quality service.

No esperaba mucho basándose en el precio que pagaba y nunca lo había oído. Desde ser saludado en el lobby, recibiendo una beba de bienvenida hermosa junto con un cheque rápido y eficiente, me preguntaba si estaba en el lugar correcto. Estaba muy impresionado. El portador era grande y terminamos corriendo entre nosotros una noche en un pub y tuvimos unas pocas risas. El hotel de Sann es el hotel de la zona CR para los viajes futuros. This small boutique hotel in Chiang Rai is perfectly placed in the city and makes getting anywhere so accessible. From our arrival to our departure the staff were professional, courteous, friendly and accommodating. They were first rate and added to an amazing stay here. The pool area was fabulous and after a day of sightseeing was a welcome respite from the heat. The restaurant was also fabulous from the morning offerings for breakfast to lunch and the dinner menu it was a fabulous place to have a meal either out in the courtyard overlooking the pool or inside. Again with top notch staff. The room was simply fabulous as well. We had a junior suite room and it was spacious, comfortable and the decor was Thai traditional but the bathroom was gorgeously created with stunning tiles that just added another dimension. As mentioned the staff were so helpful at every turn and even offered on a number of occasions to drop as the night markets which was so kind and not part of the advertised service , even though they do offer a shuttle to the airport on the day of departure. This was a fantastic stay and I cannot rate it highly enough, if you are going to Chiang Rai please stay here I am sure you will not be disappointed.

El hotel está cerca de lugares importantes. En la ciudad, por lo tanto, es fácil viajar a la entrada y a la salida. Hay un amplio aparcamiento. We arrived around 9 pm, taxi from airport 160B (the company left out of airport doors). Very friendly front staff who checked us in fast and then told us about the town and gave us a map. They told us about the walking markets, the Saturday one was still on and recommended for us to go, we did. We had a king room, 2nd floor, with a view alongside the pool. Rooms along the pool are in shade all day which is nice if you want to sit on the balcony in the afternoon. Room was very clean, nice king bed, TV, fridge (with bag of chips, peanuts, ice tea and Pepsi inside, included with room price, refilled as needed), 4x500 ml glass refillable bottles of water to start, kettle, tea/coffee, safe, good lighting, work desk with little desk lamp (real nice touch), power outlet at desk for charging and overall lots of room for our luggage. Curtains did a good job of keeping the room dark. Good wifi also. Elevator and stair access to all floors. Breakfast was wonderful, we absolutely enjoyed everyone. Some days (weekend) they have an egg station with ham and bacon. When not, they have a menu that offers complete egg dishes as well as Asian and local items. Also every day there is a nice selection of fresh fruit, salad items, breads, juices, milk, water, teas and coffee machine which make several types of coffee including cappuccino. You can eat inside or outside (if available and warm enough). Loved the breakfasts for the Asian items, khao soi, shrimp siu mai and fresh made rotis were our favourites. They have a nice pool with loungers but we never used as busy all day then enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a cold drink overlooking the pool. The location is great also, the Saturday night walking market it very close, less than 5 mins walk. The Night Bazaar is maybe a 10-15 min walk depending on the route taken. There is a 7-11 about 5 mins walk also. Fruit market around the corner. Restos nearby too. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful, especially the one young man we chatted with often when he was on shift. When leaving, he arranged a complimentary transfer for us to the bus station, very nice, great employee. Doing a little for the environment, we often have our room made up every second day. We do ask for whatever would normally come with a make up, water, coffee/creamer, TP if needed and the hotel is usually happy to do that. We don't have fresh towels every day at home, why would it be needed on vacation. One of the best all round hotels, we've ever stayed. It was a great place, would gladly stay again if in the area.
