The hotel was advertised, colonial style, which was unique. The room and the hotel itself was a bit dated. You could see rusting, paint breaking off, tiles stuck on with brown glue etc but nothing too troubling. A few rooms were being renovated when we stayed but we didn’t hear any renovation noise. The room we had had a jacuzzi, a shower and a toilet in the same room. The shower and the toilet shared the same sliding door, meaning only one person could slide the door shut while the other person using the other facility could not which is a bit odd. Water from the shower would also leak a little into the toilet area as sliding door is not sealed shut. But in general, I liked the room aesthetics and it was adequate. Breakfast was good too, there is a small buffet selection and an a la carte menu with both western (eggs, toasts, waffle) and Asian (thai congee, wonton noodles, thai rice). The breakfast area is next to the pool and it was a beautiful environment. One thing worth mentioning is the spa connected to the hotel, called Nakara Spa. It can’t be found on google map oddly, but it is on tripadvisor. It is definitely on the pricer side compared to street side massage places, but the environment is very beautiful and quiet and the masseuse were very experienced. I did the same massage twice during my trip. Their inhouse shampoo and conditioner in the hotel (and spa) were also very good and my hair felt really smooth the next day.

Absolutley outstanding experience. From the minute we arrived, the service was exceptional. The whole hotel has a sense of calm that is wonderful and unique. The quality of the breakfast, the room features, are amazing. The balconies are a real treat to sit and watch the forest. Would 100% stay here again.

location is very convinient, right in the town center, room is big and excellent breakfast and staffs are very friendly. only drawback was the price was a bit high as we were there during the lantern festival.

10/10 absolutely amazing.

Amazing place. Love the room. Spacious. The bathroom is big as well. Has a clear separation for toilet and shower room, and right in the middle a bath tub for you. Food wise can be better. Other than that, we are pleased of our stay with the hotel !

Lovely hotel about a 25minute walk to central Chiang Mai, clean and nice rooms. Small area at the pool but wasn’t particularly busy.

We had a most enjoyable recent stay at Ping Nakara Boutique Hotel. The buildings are so beautiful and everything is very well maintained around the property. The room is big with everything we need and more. At first we were a little bit worried the location of the hotel, but it turned out that there are plenty of places to eat, we went to the nearby Anusarn Matket for dinner for both nights, and the food is cheap and excellent. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and there are a lot of choices to choose from. Most of all, the staff including the owner are all very kind and helpful. We were offered a free ride to the Tha Phae Gate, and were offered two small souvenirs on the day we departed. When we were leaving, it was raining heavily, the owner lady used a large umbrella to shelter from the rain when we got into the car, it really warmed our heart, we will certainly be back and will stay longer at Ping Nakara when we visit Chiang Mai next time.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel is an oasis of calm set in a quality building environment yet close to activity areas such as the night market. The service was very friendly and professional, with special thanks to the doormen (including Art) and the ladies at breakfast whose friendliness and attention made our morning starts special. Breakfast was very varied with a combination of self and table service. The pool is rather deep (not suitable for poor swimmers !) but all in all the combination of character and good and friendly service makes this hotel a very special experience.

Old facility with patches on the ceiling and stain marks on the flooring. The safe was not secured as we noticed the password was changed. We also suspect we have money stolen on the check out day during our breakfast time. But tbere was no time nor energy to question them due to flight arrangement- and I guess that’s why the theft decided to steal on the check out day itself. Conclusion- not recommended

去到大門口就見到一部古董賓池，大門的守衛說可以載我們出去遊車河，地點也算方便，走5分鐘就有吃東西的地方，前台服務員態度很友善親切，面帶笑容的辦理入住，我那天航班比較早，十點多就到達酒店，前台說20分鐘後就可以進房，因為在清潔，入到房間雖然格局有點奇怪，一進大門左邊是淋浴跟坐廁，右邊是按摩浴缸，再穿過一度門才是睡床，再走出陽台是看著泳池。房間內mine bar 所有東西是免費的，每天補充。酒店的早餐雖然不是自助，但選擇也不少，味道也不錯，晚上可惜餐廳關得比較早沒有試過好不好吃，酒店的spa價錢也不貴，按得也舒服。總體而言是值得推薦的酒店👍🏻最值得嘉許的是前台的漂亮小姐姐，我的手機沒電問她有沒有充電線 她立刻把自己私人的拿給我😂

滿分10分的話我給11分首先是前台服務特別好，因為我們早到了房間沒有出來前台小姐姐還幫我們指引拍照的地門僮服務也到位，另外SPA需要提前預約，按的非常之舒服，給到一個夯爆了，手法是在國內沒有感受過的。早餐有中式和西式兩種可以選，味道還不錯，整個酒店風格很適合拍照，包出片的，退房還送了小禮物～
