service was decent, amenities not so great especially the bathroom towels, hand towels and the bathroom rug were all kind of old and used. it looks like it's time to replace them. can get quite noisy especially when there's an outdoor event at central festival (refer to photo for the view of the event from my room, it's that near). but that's also their saving grace, which is the convenience of a big mall right beside your hotel.

The room was clean, and very big room, and friendly staff, super near central festival Chiang Mai.

Clean and newly built hotel. Close to the center and Maya mall. Convenient location.

Hotel rooms clean, newly decorated, neat and well kept. Carpark is small and a small reception office. Big advantage is closeness to Central Chiangmai, a few minutes walk where you will find anything you need. Surrounding areas lack of lively activities such as convenience shops, massage shops, restaurants.

Nice and clean. Location is great...just a 5 minute walk to Central Festival. Several other eating and shopping places are nearby as well.

Nice, clean, quiet & comfortable basic hotel in walking distance from Central Festival and Green Park. Very friendly staff. The price is okay considering the location... Fridge, electric kettle and safe in room. Instant coffee and a couple bottles of water. Nice bed! Good shower! Also has a blacony. The street in front is often busy with incoming traffic en route to Cen.Fest. (especially in the late afternoon & evening) making it a little difficult to cross the street on foot. It would be nice if they offered more channels on TV or at least some pay-per-view movies or something. It's all just local Thai channels. Other than that, it's a good place to stay if you need to be in this area.

A bit far from attractions zone such as Nimman and Doi Suthep, but super close to Central Festival Chiangmai Department Store, super convinient, clean and helpful, friendly staffs.

Hot water is not hot enough for showering. It is only lukewarm.
