Tired looking hotel with very 90s style decor and and mish mash- contemporary signage but a random armour statue in reception? Staff all friendly and courteous. Room (533) tired and tatty with some suspect marks on the lampshade and headboard. Bathroom tired but clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was poor with what I'm sure was instant coffee in a teapot!

Excellent service from start to finish, ideal for city center and parking. Evenings meal was excellent and a very good as much as you vsn eat breakfast, highly recommend.

Good value, room spacious, staff all very friendly and efficient, location good. The bed was quite comfy but the pillows were awful, like sleeping on a wooden block so didn’t sleep well. Breakfast was just ok.

Great Hotel. Easy to walk from the train station. 5 minutes walk to town. Nice restaurant and staff. Room was a good size and comfortable.

Our room was supposed to be a business room with king size bed well is was a very dated and tied looking room with a double bed !you could write your name in the dust on the head board and on the desk. The carpet was poorly fitted and wrinkled. The decor was very dated and the desk and bedside tables were badly marked. The bathroom sink was cracked there wasn’t a proper shower just a piece of pipe coming off the bath taps and no rubber mat in the bath so was very slippery when in the shower/bath and trying to get out.

We had a lovely stay at the Mill hotel. Could not fault the staff.Great location for the city centre

A Great stay slightly dodgy bathroom shower hot tap (404). Well decorated modern hotel room comfortable bed for a great nights sleep. Fantastic pool and steam / sauna facilities. Great restaurant with fantastic food
