Overall room was okay. When booking online, the description given was buffet available however when arrived at the hotel, we were informed no buffet of food available at the hotel. They outsource the food from nearby mess. As ours was a group booking, so my payment for the hotel, was done to one person in the group. I noticed the staff at the reception was not bothered at all about the rest of us and only focused on the person who made the payment on behalf of us, when in the fact all of us paid our parts. So, if one person pays for the hotel rooms does that mean the rest of us are not paying or are staying for free?? And we deserve to be treated this way? This is unacceptable. Please train your front desk staff to respect and treat foreigners properly. We are also paying you with our hard earned money. It was so obvious your front desk was showing face to me and I didn't know why they were behaving this way🤷🤷 No one at the front desk wanted to help with my toddlers laundry and stated the laundry collection is only done in the morning and each piece of toddler clothing is Rs60🤷 To the ***agement of this hotel, your cleaners are more respectable to your guests compared to those you put at the front desk. I felt your cleaners deserved tips from me compared to your front desk employees. To those who want to consider this hotel, this is my true personal experience staying for a week at this hotel
