El desayuno es bastante rico, la fruta está recién cortada y sería mejor que el zumo estuviera recién exprimido. Las señoras del restaurante y de la recepción son muy amables. La habitación está limpia y es tranquila. Es muy agradable para personas con el sueño ligero como yo.

Llegué alrededor de las 10:00 p. m., el tipo de habitación que reservé ya no estaba y me pasaron a una suite. Subí y viví solo en una suite, y la decoración era vieja y oscura. Volví a la recepción y pregunté cambiar de nuevo a la habitación con cama doble que reservé. , La respuesta es no, cambié a una habitación con cama doble que no es una suite. Bueno, me quedé aquí cuando tenía prisa por dormir. El estilo de decoración es aún más *****. No me gusta. Siento que las ventanas también están oscuras. Cuando me desperté por la mañana, vi las ventanas, estaba bloqueada por más de la mitad, no es de extrañar que estuviera oscuro, dije Sophie, eres intimidarme para quedarme en un hotel a altas horas de la noche, ¿verdad?, hay tantos trucos. I had a fantasic stay in the Sofis Jinyuan Hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They could not have done more to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. It was well situated for visiting the Wenshu temple and not too far from the pandas by taxi. I had a lovely stay. Thank you!! ☺️

We really enjoyed the food provided by the hotel; there was a lot of variety to choose from. The room was spacious and clean, and very well serviced. The service here is very friendly and accommodating. We also found the location very convenient for travelers. Would highly recommend.

Super helpful staff. The hotel is quite clean, but the laundry is sooo bad. It is quite hidden, isolated, has machines with low capacity and not easy to use. The location is just fine, had to get 2 metro lines to reach the cool places.

Great hotel with excellent service. Keep up the good work! The only downside is the corridor light that needs to be switched on after the room door was opened and closed. Nice decoration. I would consider staying here again if I come to Chengdu again.

The service is really great. We are welcomes by the service at the door and then the ladies helped us check in and found the perfect room for us with less noise. I was worried that this would be an old hotel and that’s why would have a hotel smell. They showed us the room and it was fresh with no smell and totally clean. I invited all my friends to stay with me during this stay to celebrate my wedding. Totally worth my money

Rarely do I feel the need to write reviews although I've traveled a lot in my life. However, I can't not mention the stunning unprofessionalism of this hotel's front desk. In short, they don't know how to work with foreign guests and I would advise against choosing this hotel if you are a fellow foreign traveler. 1. Hotel in this price range, I'd expect someone to be able to speak English at the front desk. Nobody spoke English to me there. Maybe they couldn't or didn't want to. 2. They completely bungled the police registration part. I have two visas in my passport: Chinese and American. With minimal knowledge and training, it's very easy to tell the difference between the two. (Or, if you are not sure which one is which, just ask!) They, however, mistook my American visa for the Chinese one. Good thing I noticed just in time and told them to redo the registration process! Or I'd have to waste even more time dealing with the police and whatnot. 3. For some reason, they started asking me about my exact entry date into China: year-month-day, thus pointlessly wasting even more of my time. (It's been awhile and I don't actually remember my exact entry date). I've been to many different provinces and cities in China, and not once did any hotel in there ask me about my entry date into China. This hotel's front desk asking me for this info is just another example of the staff not knowing what they are doing and how to proceed with foreigners. Overall, nice environment in the hotel, but very unprofessional front desk staff. Not recommended for any fellow foreign travelers.

While this hotel is not located in the heart of Chengdu, it compensates with providing guests with a clean environment, numerous amenities, and a pleasant staff. I would recommend to families and single travelers.
