The service is really great. We are welcomes by the service at the door and then the ladies helped us check in and found the perfect room for us with less noise. I was worried that this would be an old hotel and that’s why would have a hotel smell. They showed us the room and it was fresh with no smell and totally clean. I invited all my friends to stay with me during this stay to celebrate my wedding. Totally worth my money

While this hotel is not located in the heart of Chengdu, it compensates with providing guests with a clean environment, numerous amenities, and a pleasant staff. I would recommend to families and single travelers.

Prime location for travelling and the front desk staff are very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to friends when they are planning to travel in Chengdu. Price is acceptable for such 5 stars hotel.

Very good hotel, super clean , we got an upgrade to the room with the bath tub, enjoyed it a lot. Front desk was efficient and polite, the room was very warm and the beds comfortable. The only little con is that hotel is not that close to the happening part of Chengdu (not very far either , it took us 15 minutes on a bicycle to reach the taikoo li area). It is right near the beautiful Wenshu monastery though.

The Sofis Jinyuan was the perfect choice for families visiting Chengdu. It's located in easy walking distance or an inexpensive Didi ride to most major tourist destinations, including the must-see panda research center. The hotel room features an extra comfortable bed and a large bathroom. Breakfast was delicious every morning too.

This hotel is not a brand name hotel chain. It has over ten years old. Outside look is ok, but is not impressive. However, when I entered the hotel, I received a warm welcome from the staffs. The checkin is pretty smooth. The inside looking is not old and is very classic with lot of marble high quality structure, The help me taking the luggage to the room. The elevator is impressive with hardwood riixing with gold and well structure marble floor pattern, Once you get into the room and turn on the TN. Welcome neessage with both our names appearing on the TV. The room cleaning is very good. Some China high end stars hotel still have problem on the edge of war, bath room and etc. I can't find any dust on most of the place, This is not easy to do in a Chinese hotel. This is certainly need to do with a high standard management working groups and I verified these later talking with them how they can do it so well. In the standard point of view. I will give them 4.9 In the overall services I would give it 4.9, However, I finally changed my mind to give them a full mark 5.0 because I am very satisfied in this hotel services. This hotel location is good but a couple hundred meters from the centre district. However, it is much better price than those hotels in the centre district. You can take a walk or 10 dollars tips. Close to Tin Fu Square, Just opposite, it is a famous temple and walking streets with many restaurant and artistic stores. I fully recommend this hotel in terms of price and value, cleanest and the excellent services. I will pick this hotel again if I visit this city again.

Hotel is little dated. Need upgradation. Location is good. Avoid breakfast as NO Vegetarian options. Except Coffee and Bread. Reception was welcoming and swift check in.

Nice hotel, was a bit of an odd sulfur smell the first night but that was gone the second night. Very clean and good service
