The hotel offers friendly service and is within walking distance of the metro station (approx 10 mins). However, it's quite far from the main shopping centres and food around the hotel's immediate vicinity is a little more limited. We noticed an unpleasant smell when we first entered the room.

The service at the front desk was really good, our flight had some cancellation and we had troubles contacting as we did not have a local number. The staff were very kind to lend us his phone to resolve our flight issue. Generally, the response time of the staff were very quick when we needed something in the hotel room.

Location not bad even not really close to MTR. Service so far is good too and have free fruit providing in the lobby area! Sure will consider book here on next trip :-)

Big room, big beds. Location a bit far from the metro station. Only thing missing in the room would be a safe to keep personal belongings such as passport inside while not in the room.
Breakfast not worth it, not many choices. If travelling with children, pay attention to the wet floor in reception as they are cleaning: it is very easy to slide. We had a small accident with our daughter. Hotel personnel immediately helped us

The hotel and room were not newly renovated, lighting was a little dim. Room was not big enough to open up 2 luggage for packing. Overall was quite a decent stay considering good value for money and considerably king of near to city center location.
