The hotel is quite high standing and very good value for money.
It 's a little far out from the railway station subway but a taxi would be the best option if you have heavy luggage's.
They barely speak any English but are trying to help as much as possible. They could improve the explanation part ( breakfast timing, amenities, etc.)

We booked the hotel because it is conveniently located near the South Station for us to take the No.18 train to the Tian Fu Airport the next morning, but that’s about the only positive for the hotel. The room was dated with 90s-style decor and the carpet looked dirty. Our room was supposedly located on a non-smoking floor but it smelled like someone smoked in the room. There was no conditioner in the shower. The front desk had no experience handling guests without a Chinese ID card and wanted to photocopy every page in your passport including visa stamps to other countries. They even called our room past 11pm asking for a permanent address in China, waking us up from sleep. What hotel front desk calls their guests after 11pm??? We stayed in many hotels in China previously without such hassle and this was a first. Cleaning crew did not greet guests. Breakfast was mediocre with very limited western selections. Based on this experience, I would advise foreigners against staying in this hotel.

I booked a friend who had a-21 hr layover in Chengdu. This hotel has a great location near Tongzilin, the foreigners area of Chengdu and CTU Shuangliu airport T1 andT2. Checkin was smooth and room was comfy.

昨天晚上過來入住,大堂有聖誕樹的裝飾挺漂亮的,房間衞生也還可以,前台服務挺好的升級一個1米8大床房
