Valoraciones de Jinkai International Apartment

¡Realmente disfruté de mi estancia en el apartamento Jinkai! Me quedé por 10 días. Habitación limpia y cómoda con limpieza diaria, buen desayuno, excelente ubicación cerca del distrito central con una calle peatonal con tiendas y cafeterías y también el Monasterio Wenshu. Me gustaría agradecer al amable personal y especialmente a Chanler, que habla inglés en la recepción, que me ayudó mucho a encontrar un lugar de regreso, llamar a un taxi e incluso alquilar una bicicleta :)

I loved my stay! The rooms are lovely. All of the staff were so wonderful and accommodating. I cannot recommend a hotel more highly.

I came to Chengdu with my friends and booked a room in advance. The location is convenient and it's near Wenshu Monastery. There are also many good restaurants nearby. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy. There is also a refrigerator and washing machine. I stayed here for several days. It is worth mentioning that the manager in the lobby of the hotel is very professional and service-minded.

we take the 2 bedroom unit, the services is very good, we through trip.com to book the 2 room, and request add on bed, the front counter try their best to solve all our problem, although take a few time, but the staff be very kind and polite. thank you very much. Just the cleanliness, need to improve cause we saw the crewgum stick at the cabinet and the candy skin leave at sofa. then the freezer & washing machine look like long time no use, a bit old. then our unit come with kitchen, but no pot, no dish, no any accessories, so we cant use also. Totally the hotel is good and will recommend to my friends.

The hotel is located close to wenshu monastery and really close to food stalls, fancy restaurant in a lively area at night. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful..

This is a fantastic place to stay in Chengdu and we would absolutely stay again. We’ve stayed in a few places in Chengdu now and this is by far the best. It’s amazing value and in a brilliant area, just a few minutes walk from Wenshu Monastery. The staff kindly upgraded our room and we ended up in a small apartment - perfect if you want to wash some clothes after travelling. The bed was super comfortable and everything seemed very clean (even if a little dated). We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. My only complaint is that the water doesn’t get properly hot - but this seems to be a common problem in hotels in China. This is a great place to stay with beautiful views - and we could easily have stayed longer!

Lovely cleaning ladies, they put a washing machine in my room and even hung up my laundry because I didn’t notice the laundry stand. The staff doe speak English but not that good and couldn’t call me a taxi which was a bit of a bummer. All in all very good place to stay for a few days.

Excellent location. Mahjong table was a great add-on in the executive room. However it doesnt work out of the box. It would have been nice if there was some kind of instruction available so we didnt have to call the technician at 2AM in the morning. Breakfast was OK. We were satisfied with the experience overall.

Nice location. There is a washing machine and kitchen within the room. Kind of apartment like One thing I didnt like is the furniture color. Its too dull. Wish it was brighter furniture

Staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in the suite but realised the kitchen was empty. Kitchen without simply cutlery,i.e.,pots for simple cooking . An induction stove will be good. Since gas cooker is not applicable related to fire safety

I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, I really enjoyed staying at Jinkai International Apartments, service is good, as for food - breakfasts are not so good, not diverse especially for Europeans, and also I would like to thank two guys from the reception desk who really helped me (and other English speaking guests) to communicate in English, they were very helpful (one of them is Chanler).

Excellent service, excellent quality of rooms, wonderful location. I recommend this hotel. here you will find the best combination of quality, location and price.
