La habitación era muy espaciosa, la ropa de cama cómoda y las almohadas increíblemente suaves. Lo mejor fueron las lavadoras y secadoras; la amable recepcionista me ayudó a encenderlas e incluso me subió la ropa seca a la habitación. ¡Un detalle muy considerado! ¡Eso merece puntos extra! El restaurante del desayuno no era muy grande y la variedad no era tan amplia como esperaba. No tenían los panecillos de burro ni la leche de almendras que ofrece el Hilton Chengde South Station.

Room was clean and spacious. We requested for smoke-free treatment and the room had no smell of smoke. Good variety of Chinese dishes at breakfast, will be nice to have more porridge options. 特别感谢前台主管李晓琳热心帮我们解决问题。We would specially like to thank the front desk staff Aileen. We encountered some issues charging our EV and she went the extra mile to solve our problem.

The staff is very friendly and they have upgraded my reservation. The undisrupted river view is amazing. The Chinese restaurant which is located at the hotel is very good. We enjoyed dinner at the this restaurant. They also kind enough to give a small gift for my daughter. Hope stay agin in the future. Thank you

Very big and cosy room in a very nice location, Western style and very new. I stayed only two nights and was very satisfied with everything. The hotel staffs were very nice and kind. Also made sure to understand a day earlier at what time I was going to arrived so my room could be ready me. Breakfast was very much ok a mixture of Chinese and a little bit of western.

We were warmly welcomed on checking in, and were pleasantly surprised to be given a complimentary upgrade, followed by a room with a waterfront view. The travel desk offered private English-speaking tours to various locations; we took the tour to the famed Mountain Resort 避暑山庄. Hospitality provided by the reception desk was graciously warm. All-in-all, I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone staying over, even if it were just for 1 night.
