The outside and location were great, check in was lovely as were the staff but the room was dark, small and dirty. The bathroom needs an complete overhaul but until then it needed a scrub. Toilet seat was wood and scratches all over it. Mould all over the bathroom tiles. The shower is ancient looking and it was either a risk of scalding or freezing. The shower screen and surrounding area were really dirty. The room was really hot but the thermostat didnt respond to being turned down. The aircon unit was full of dust which hasnt seen a duster in years. The hallway and stairs all need to be upgraded and the carpets cleaned. For the price very expensive. Wasnt a comfortable stay because of the dirt, could be such a lovely hotel..

The George is in a great location, albeit my mum who’s disabled struggled with 3 flights of stairs to get to the bedroom. Equally every night the disabled parking was taken and one car not even showing the badge. The room was small but OK. The only complaint was that the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and as for the shower head - probably last descaled in the 1980s! It was horrible! I’m afraid to say having paid £810 for 2 rooms I wouldn’t stay again even though I’m a regular visitor to family in Cheltenham

Great hotel in an excellent location. The room was ok size wise. The shower was super good. There is no lift, so if you have heavy bags, you'll have to lug them up the stairs. It's a bit of a rabbit warren to navigate to your room, but this adds to the charm. Great place for the price and recommended.

very cozy and convenient location

Had a fantastic one night stay at The George last night. Our room was spotless and full of character. So nice to stay somewhere away from the big chains. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and super helpful - we didn’t get to meet Autumn, the resident dog, but hope to on our next stay. We’ll definitely be back! The Limoncello was also a big plus - amazing stuff!

Due to some errors i have choose the same name hotel but different locations...I wanna to make a cancellation and many times negotiate..but they rejected...it's very unreasonable

位置很好，但沒電梯，行李得自己手提上去

精品小酒店，房間乾淨整潔有特色，位置很好，離CLC 很近，去鎮上也很方便，下次肯定還會選擇入住

除了離學校近 早餐可以點現做的其他沒啥優點 房間小得轉不開身 下次還是要訂離學校遠點但是好一點的酒店
