Very well located hotel close to various amenities such as shops, restaurants and a cinema. Also close to transport routes. Enjoyed dinner and decent selection at breakfast.

Service was as always very good. Room was ridiculously hot and we couldn’t turn the heating off unless we turned all the power off including the lights.
They brought us a fan though and we couldn’t have expected more as it was very late at night by the time we got back to the room

相對比廣州花都的皇冠假日酒店還是老舊不少，不過酒店的餐食、工作人員禮貌服務等都是很高的，畢竟英國人羣文化就是這樣，衹是展會期間價格的確是比較瘋狂，建議如果來參展還是住市區New street Station附近的酒店更有性價比一些，不然七天下來一萬一千多有點小心疼

Room was very outdated for the price and the air system was not working making it very hot to sleep. Very disappointing for a Crowne Plaza. Would not recommend based on this experience. Staff & bar/restaurant were good.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with plenty of space and a decent view.
We managed to check in early but the man on reception seemed quite stressed and irritable. Whilst we were waiting in a queue he kept asking everyone that turned up if they were checking in or out. If they were checking out then he would serve them first. We were literally stood at the desk trying to check in but in the time he checked out 3 other people. I found this very rude as he just seemed to be rushing. I would not expect this from a front desk. If I was in a queue then once I had waited my turn I would expect to be served and only me. We paid for parking outside by scanning the signs which are dotted all over. Once at reception the man started to tell us something about parking then served someone else then finished what he was saying. Apparently if we had paid at reception it’s cheaper.
The hotel is nice and I would stay again and recommend especially for the location.
