Convenient location. Transport interchange, shopping arcade, cafes and supermarkets nearby. Cosy accommodation with gym facilities.

I had a generally okay stay here, but I was frustrated by the housekeeping service. Before I left for the day, I explicitly asked reception if they could change the bedsheets and towels. However, when I returned, I found that the bed had only been tidied up (made), and the sheets and towels had not actually been changed as requested. I am not sure if this was a breakdown in communication between reception and the cleaning staff, or if "limited housekeeping" is just their standard policy, but it was disappointing to make a specific request and have it ignored.

Nice hotel like an apartment. Cooking is permitted in the room. Close many Chinese restaurant with reasonable price. Stayed 2 times already.

Located in the quiet area , few minutes away from Westfield. Room is clean and spacious. Overall is quite good

The hotel is very clean and within walking distance to Chatswood train station. The TV is even equipped with netflix. I had a great stay there

The location is very handy. 10 mins walk to train, metro, and bus stations. Shopping mall is just a 5 minute walk. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Gym is well equipped. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. However, one day the cleaner didn’t close our door properly, luckily nothing was missing from our room. The main issue is the construction noise and dust. We paid extra for an executive studio with a balcony. However during our stay, the site opposite our hotel was under construction. Cement drill and digger created constant loud noise and dust from 7am each day Monday to Saturday. The construction only stops on Sunday. We could not open the balcony door for fresh air until evening. Another small problem was that the dryer at the 3rd floor was broken for the whole week. The hotel provided us with access to the dryer at the 5th floor, which was helpful.

Nice studio apartment in walking distance to Westfield, surrounded by many restaurants. A bit of walking from train/metro, rather flat path but few crossings would be a bit troublesome if you are carrying heavy luggage. Friendly and helpful staffs. Frying pan and pot provided in the apartment. (No cutting knife😢)
